Staff is great, beds are beyond comfortable, shampoo / conditioner is top end and amazing, food is delicious, love the decor, love the originality of the old building. I haven’t checked out the gym and pool yet, but only because my bed is so comfy!!!!

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for our anniversary. Great rooms, classic decor, comfortable bed, great service, good food, good free coffee, great breakfast, good amenities, and a great location! Will definitely be going back!

Usually love this hotel, but struggled this time with our room and the front desk service. The room we got felt stuffy, smelled funny and could use updates. They were busy, and I did not feel like they wanted to take the time to answer my questions. I will book online next

Yes, we bake all of our pastries, breads, buns, desserts, etc. from scratch at the hotel, including the gluten free muffins and scones. The only item we do not bake is the gluten free bread however.

"If you have more days, I would fancy the suite which is nice and spacious."
