From Mattaeus at front desk to Willy the Bellman, this property couldn't have a finer understanding of great customer service. Not only does the hotel bathe itself and its guests in luxury, the staff all truly seem to enjoy their jobs and, providing that little something extra

Arrived to Winnipeg late on a cold Sunday night and was quickly escorted to my fabulous room at the Fairmont Winnipeg, arranged by Kareen and Wendy. The room was great; very hospitable! Always great to come back to Winnipeg and a great hotel!

Had 4 great nights in Winnipeg at the Fairmont. Smooth check in for a late night arrival due to delayed flights and a nice surprise in the room left compliments of Wendy Richey. Always wonderful service at the hotel - Helpful staff, great lounge and central location. Business

Very expensive and not good. Sent back my first meal the Tuna Poke bowl and then had Caesar salad which sucked. Croutons were dry lumps of stale bread and pork belly was tasteless. Not impressed. Very expensive and not worth it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review - though to say I was disappointed to learn of your experience would be an understatement. This is certainly not in keeping with the experience we aim to provide, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this directly so that we may learn from our service shortcomings. Should your time permit, please reach out to us directly at winnipeg@fairmont.com so that we may have the opportunity to find out what went wrong and how we can make amends. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Kind regards, Kyla Stewart Guest Relations Manager

My wife and I stayed at the Fairmont Gold Club level and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and courteous and the complimentary continental breakfast was fabulous. The only "negative was we stayed in a room with 2 double instead of queen beds.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your overall experience up on our Fairmont Gold Floor - thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We were disappointed to learn that your room configuration did not meet expectation, and that this had an impact on your stay. As a means of explanation, all of our rooms with 2 beds include double beds as the square footage will not allow for 2 queen sized beds, that being said, we can certainly appreciate how, given the option, having 2 queen beds would be more desirable. I will be sure to share your comments with our entire team as I know your feedback will serve as a reminder that all of their passion and dedication does not go unnoticed. We look forward to having the opportunity to welcome you back soon. Kind regards, Kyla Stewart Guest Relations Manager

The best way is by hotel near downtown, Fairmont Winnipeg is really good but depends also on your budget. The location is really good because is near of many places walking distance like the forks. from there you can walk and grab a bus anywhere in the city. good trip

Hollywood Limousine have town cars available for airport pick up/drop off. The cost is $37 per way and the Fairmont can assist you in making a booking. We just need the flight details of the guest. This is the information I obtained from the hotel last month.

I had the standard queen room and it actually didn't have a tub at all. It had a shower with a rain shower head.
