Arrived to Winnipeg late on a cold Sunday night and was quickly escorted to my fabulous room at the Fairmont Winnipeg, arranged by Kareen and Wendy. The room was great; very hospitable! Always great to come back to Winnipeg and a great hotel!

Very expensive and not good. Sent back my first meal the Tuna Poke bowl and then had Caesar salad which sucked. Croutons were dry lumps of stale bread and pork belly was tasteless. Not impressed. Very expensive and not worth it.
My wife and I stayed at the Fairmont Gold Club level and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and courteous and the complimentary continental breakfast was fabulous. The only "negative was we stayed in a room with 2 double instead of queen beds.
