The staff was very friendly. Hotel looked nice, but the room i had, the heat was cranked up in every room on a hot 28+ day. Cranked the ac systems and asked for a fan. It eventually cooled down. But was very uncomfortable. Felt hot and clammy, but also got the odd chill. Went to bed the first night and had trouble getting comofrtable, because I was cold, but also my body felt wet as if I was sweating. The bedding was cold and damp. Was outside all day with family in the sun, so we thought it was just from being in the heat all day. The next day, I left my room for the whole day after googling how to dehumidify a hotel room, and cranked the ac, and also asked for another fan. Room seemed cooled down but also really damp.. Thats when we realized it was the room itself and not our bodies. They offered to put me in new room, but after already transferring hotels and feeling exhausted from the lack of sleep, i just didn't want to pack anything up again , so I insisted to stay in my same room, but requested all fresh clean/dry linin for each bed, Which the gave happily gave me after my complains. But since my family has been here, my husband as started wheezing, and having a sore itchy throat, all of us had experienced itchy eyes and coughs. Which makes me think there is mold spores in this room, considering the problems I have had. I never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room in my life. Although the girls who were working during my stay were very nice and understanding, I don't think ill get a room here again.

The only disadvantage with the property is the ramp into the hotel. Especially if you have a full luggage cart. It is very rough and awkward to push the cart along the ramp and into the side door. The door is too small. The Entrance door system at Canad Inn Polo Park should be installed @ this location. Staff followed Covid Protocol, So getting lots of pool time on previous staysNot the same. But fully understand the reason and give other guest opportunities to go into pool. Staff cleaned pool area well after each scheduled appointment. All staff very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Would recommend this location. As a guest we also followed COVID-19 protocols . Look forward to our next visit.

We stayed here for two nights for a little getaway just wife and I. The room had old furniture, the door to the fridge would not close properly, the shower curtain bar was broken almost off the wall it’s bolted to. Bed was well used. I also had an issue grabbing food from the front lobby, the front desk clerk stopped me from going to my room because they need a room number and name for the life of me I couldn’t remember the room number so I stood there for 5-10 mins explaining, I didn’t even leave the hotel lobby, I had my room keys and no shoes on but he was insistent that I provide the room number after all this he looked my credentials on the computer and finally let me go to my room. I have stayed in many hotels and never had this issue including other canad inns. The hotel is very dated and needs renovated. The bar next door was loud but couldn’t hear it in our room that was facing toward it.

We were very pleased with the service and facilities at this hotel. The front desk lady who answered the phone, and checked us in was incredibly nice, friendly, and very helpful. The lady who checked us out in the morning was also super nice and friendly. The room was the cleanest of all hotels we stayed in on our driving trip to Alberta and back. Sad to say, but it was a bonus that the air conditioning actually worked throughout the night so we could get some rest. We had a great experience while enjoying the pool, and the hot tub. When we were leaving, a man who worked at the hotel was so kind by offering to take the luggage rack back into the lobby for us since it was a bit of a walk from the back parking lot. The free breakfast was amazing! Huge portions and really tasty!! I would definitely stay here again.

Myself, daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren went on a staycation at the canad inn . My oldest grandchild is autistic and when he was getting cranky because the food wasn't coming they made sure he was taken care of immediately. The service was impeccable and the food delicious. My daughter and son in law had a single room one night for their anniversary they were well taken care of. They got gift certificates their room was set up with nice bathrobes and slippers.

Our hockey team and their families stayed at this hotel while at a tournament. We stayed 2 nights and had the best time. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. The room staff were great with anything we needed while we stayed. The front desk were very helpful with any of our questions. And we had a team meal in Tavern United, the manager let us know that there were other bookings coming in and suggested we preorder for our arrival time. We did, and the food was ready right on time. They sat us at tables at the back of the restaurant where the kids wouldn't disturb anyone and there was a basketball arcade game to keep them occupied when they couldn't stay in their seats. We were in and out of the restaurant seamlessly in record time which was good for everyone when there were lots of kids with our group. Kudos to Canad Inns Windsor Park for a memorable stay for our kids and families. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Overall a great experience. We just needed a family weekend away, and this fit the bill. Kids loved the slide, and the suit was great so the kids could watch TV, while the adults had there own TV. Would stay again, and definitely recommend it.

A group of our family and friends stayed n a block of rooms at the hotel for several days in mid-December, 2021. The rooms were clean and everyone commented on how very comfortable the beds were. The hotel was very accommodating and were quick to address any concerns. The kids particularly loved the pool, hot tub and water slide. The adjacent tavern was perfect for everyone to gather to eat and visit as well as for drinks. We couldn't have wished for a better facility! Great location that was easily accessed and with more than ample parking. All of us enjoyed our stay, would do so again and highly recommend the hotel!

A few of the rooms I was placed in had no means of adjusting the temperature. When I complained, I was given a fan. Let’s just say sleeping in a sauna is not pleasant. I was ultimately placed in a better room for the final two days, which forced me to question why this did not occur earlier in my stay. (Approximately a week)
