Hotel service:
They are not rude but don’t make you feel that well welcomed. I do need to make an exception with Quinton, the gentleman that serve me the first day at the restaurant. He was very friendly and considered.
Front desk:
The front desk clerk assigned us a handicap room even though neither my wife nor me are handicapped. The room had most of the things leveled for a handicap person which make it more difficult for us. For example the rug for the hangers in the closet was so low in height that we were not able to hang our pants and shirts because half of it were touching the bottom. The shower had no bathtub and no barrier for the water, just a small rectangular drain that it was not that effective preventing the water to get out to the floor; we had to put extra towels on the floor to keep it without paddles.

Restaurant: The service speed at the restaurant during the breakfast time is extremely slow. It seems they need more employees to manage the volume of customers that come for breakfast. Maybe it would be easier if the hotel offer a breakfast buffet.
The next day I tried calling the restaurant in the morning to order my food ahead so when I get there I don’t have to wait, but they we’re not answering the phone. I called front desk and they said that they were going to tell the restaurant to call my room. A few minutes later my phone ring, it wast the front desk telling me that the restaurant employees were too busy to call me and get my order.

Elevators:
Two elevators for the whole hotel and one of them was out of service mis of my stay. The hotel was full therefore the only available elevator was occupied most of the time. I resolve to use the stairs.

Flys: There were at least one or two flys flying around in the restaurant, conference rooms or lobby area. I didn’t see any pest control systems for flying insects in place inside the building.

The bed:
The mattress was too soft that I felt like I was sinking on it. I didn’t like the feeling.

In my case I will not return to this hotel nor recommend it to anyone.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. It is usually very nice. Sadly this time we headed to the hot tub after a long day, only to turn it on and find out it was colder than the pool. We reported it to the front desk and hoped it would be hot by the next morning, but instead it was closed completely this morning.

In addition, our room had no blackout blinds. Most of the rooms we’ve stayed at in this hotel have two layers of blinds. One layer that lets light through, the other does not. Thus we had a room lit by city lights at night, and bright sunshine waking us by 6am.

Hopefully that one room will be fixed for the next person, and the hot tub gets repaired soon as well. We’ve always found it to be a nice place to stay before, and the staff has been helpful & nice.

This hotel is disorganized and, despite being rather new, the room I stayed in was dirty. There was a big brown stain on the chair, the floor was dirty, and there was black hair all over. I stay in Winnipeg often but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place.

New clean room. High quality furniture. Beautiful bathroom and shower. A nice pool and twenty four hour workout room. Decently priced restaurant and cafe bar. Close to downtown for meeting. I appreciated they patrol their parking lot throughout the night to ensure safety and security.

Great location, beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Super close to the airport. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

King Room was lovely and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. One note is there is no microwave in the room but they have one in the lobby to use.

Nice spot, friendly staff, good restaurant. Love the Indigenous art throughout the hotel. I really enjoyed the room and pool. Very convenient location for both business and leisure. I walked over to Polo Park mall in five minutes from there. Will be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and best of all? Indigenous owned. I felt so at home from the top notch customer service and attentiveness. Our business room was excellent and the breakfast served at our meeting was great. How interesting that the best hotel experience I’ve had is in Manitoba, Canada.

I like the vinyl flooring vs carpet. But the room needed better cleaning. Stuff kept flying out of the heat vent- a nerf gun type of “bullet” toy rattled inside it, surfaces were sticky, shower dirty.

The worst experience of my life. I am one of the Elite member with Wyndham. Last year had incident with one Days Inn hotel insects I complaint but no reply since then I moved to Hilton group.

The reason I booked this hotel as I wanted to use my left over points before it expires. I booked 3 nights and it was confirmed booking which was also verified by Wyndham customer support and front office but when I arrived from hotel after day exhaustion from Toronto I was told due to Sales booking I don't have any room and they can't do anything I just have to wait.

I arrived 11 pm and I took Days of to go for Hunting. Had to wake early but the Frint office had no idea what to do as it was not in their control. None of the management was there to support this matter.

It was not knly me other 4-5 guests were also had this issue. After 10-15 min wait when I asked that they have to update me as I have to leave for hunt in 5 hrs I need a place to rest. I was told by the night staff that if I keep arguing they will call security and kick me out.

That's what I deserve as being a Elite member customer.

After 1 hr of struggle calling Wyndham head offices, a staff member offered me that he will get me a hotel in middle of downtown but they don't have car Park. I was not comfortable to accept then they given me finally a room after 1 hr which as you can see in pic with water leakage, paint issues.

It's a Beautiful hotel no doubt but Trust me worst Management. They will not take as a guest instead a number give your room to other on favoritism or higher rates.

Pls be aware if you don't want to mess your holidays. IT messed my hard earned holidays.
