I booked this hotel on Priceline. First off it is a motel not a hotel. It was supposed to be near the airport, but it is a long way away from all of the airport hotels. The room 50 degrees when we arrived. We paid an extra 15. for a small dog. We won’t be using Priceline again.
Terrible stay. First I was moved out of my booking on the second floor which I had reserved. Then I was asked to pre pay for my room. Even though they had my credit card. Then I had to come back to put a damage deposit down on my credit card. Then we get to the room…. It’s an absolute dump. Door didn’t shut properly, sheets had blood on them and holes in them. The smell in the room gave me a head ache. Like a strong chemical smell. Brutal. The bathroom was disgusting. Dirty toilet, dirty shower. The towels were white but now looked brown. Frigging gross. If it wasn’t 10:30 at night I would have checked out immediately but we were just too tired. Checked out first thing in the morning. Right now it appears I’m being overcharged on my card. Fights outside in the parking lot. Someone’s truck was broken into. Reeked of pot outside everywhere. Drunks wandering through the lobby. Absolutely terrible. Not only will I not recommend, I will go out of my way to tell people this story. …
Exterior is not flashy but rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. The included breakfasts were wonderful! We stayed four days and had consistent cleaning and service. Would definitely stay again!
Bed had blood stains, Hole in the bathroom wall, dirty pillows. The staff was nice, breakfast was awesome. However, the bedroom was pretty gross. I had a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep knowing I was in a dirty bed with stained pillows.
The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good especially the room service. Closed to shopping malls And surround by many restaurants. Wish they have an elevator to 2nd floor and a safety box though.
The front desk service was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good especially room service. We enjoyed staying 4 nights. Wish they have elevator to 2nd floor though.
We enjoyed the Howard Johnson (west side off the bypass) in Winnipeg. Great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, excellent coffee in the rooms and wonderful breakfast. In addition they welcome pets. Great value
The staff were amazing, I can’t say enough good about them. The lobby was nice and welcoming, looked very clean. Our room, however, was not. Beer cans under the bed, room felt damp, room smelled musty and moldy, and had to keep the air conditioning set as low as it could go to kept it from feeling wet in the room. There is a hole in the wall under the sink. When we showered and the bathroom got hot and humid it smelled strongly of mold and urine. The room could use a heavy duty too to bottom deep clean and address whatever water problems there might be to cause it to smell and feel damp. Small side note, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to supply sweetener option in the room with the coffee stuff. Diabetic that doesn’t use sugar in coffee, but had no other options.
I had a really good stay here. The hotel is in a very good location if you are driving into town from the west. The lobby was clean and renovated, staff were friendly. Rooms are renovated and really quite good given the pricepoint. My bed was comfortable and the AC worked really well. Free parking at the back of the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised, would stay again.
Just to have some quiet time as a family. The place was very nice. Staff was great!! But due to other guests and the noises we were awaken 3 times finally had enough and checked out with a refund. The staff tried their best to get them to stop. If not for the rudeness of other guests. We would have stayed.
