We checked in with dee Singh , his customer service skills was top notch, very efficient very happy . The king studio suite we received was beautiful.room 622 had a couch ,work desk ,fridge ,microwave and lets not forget the king size bed with super comfy pillows, The cleanliness and peacefulness of this hotel is amazing. The maids are so welcoming and you will always be greeted by them when you pass by. This hotel has amazing sound barrier as it’s very quiet. My mother Christine lutzek my daughter and myself all came just for a peaceful getaway for a couple days. And their coffee and tea bar is always well stocked and fresh, as I do love my coffee. We took a stroll to the fitness facility and the pool , very tidy . Now let’s get to the breakfeast western omelettes pancake waffles ham nice display of bread and muffins and of course nice fresh fruit bowl and more all included in your stay. As my daughter and myself took a morning stroll we ran into Dee Singh again and were greeted with welcoming friendly smiles . Anytime we come to Winnipeg for a getaway we have made this our first choice hotel to stay as we are never disappointed. Thank you again for all that you do to make us wanting to keep coming back to this beautiful gem of a get away .

I stayed at this property July 27-30, 2020. I arrived in Winnipeg with my elderly mother and did not know where to stay. We happened to see this property while looking for a place and we were very happy this hotel. We extended our stay 2 extra nights. Check in was quick and the guest service agent was very polite and prompt. He was specific with the new Covid-19 policies which helped ensure this proper was doing what they could to be safe and clean. Once we got our room the beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. We booked the pool at a specific time and the pool and hot tub was a great way to relax every evening. Although the pool does close quite early 8 pm, we would make our time arrangements in the morning and there were no issues. Breakfast was given each morning and there is a coffee stand but we did not utilize this The second day we did not realize that there would not be room service or clean towels, but the GSA quickly gave us clean towels and garbage bags which was great.
I highly recommend this property, it is close to Polo Park mall, Restaurants and other amenities. If we return to Winnipeg we will return to the Hampton Inn because of the cleanliness and great service.

I was pleased with the Covid measures taken; housekeeping was suspended due to the pandemic, they would pick up garbage bags if left outside the room and supply you with new ones. The staff was very friendly/helpful, they had the fridge and microwave setup in the room before I arrived, big thanks for accommodating! The room was very clean. I'll definitely go back

Unfortunately, this property has some serious negatives: staff not well trained, and largely ineffectual (except for the breakfast room staff); noisy shower doors (due to incorrect installation, they squealed like an eagle scraping a chalkboard with her talons whenever the door was opened or closed) and shower drain; toilet paper holder was located BEHIND the sitter on the throne (access required contortion of one's torso); noise in hallway transferred to our room all night on Saturday, half the night on Sunday (thanks to adjacent room door opening and closing); "scheduling" for pool and laundry room access was inconsistent (despite the posted 9PM pool closure, a select few were allowed to remain there after 10:30 on Thursday and Saturday evenings). Breakfast was very good, but my primary reason for staying in a hotel is always getting a peaceful night's rest. [Interestingly, the carnival set up in the parking lot next door was NOT a contributor to the sound problem: they opened up at noon, and were always closed down by 10 PM!] AC/heating control was very accurate, and its fan was quiet. All things considered, I am never going back to a 'Hampton Inn by Hilton'.

Dear E4485GYbrianc, On behalf of our hotel and staff, I sincerely apologize to you for not meeting your expectation for the stay. As for the new staff who are still going through training, we are very sorry about the inefficiency. The market recovered surprisingly well along with the vaccination progress and our hotel has been sold out quite often starting from Aug. We’ve been constantly hiring and training. However, the new hires need certain amount of practice to be competent enough and the team is not stabilized yet as we have laid off quite a few employee during the COVID. Regarding the room amenities and furniture, our hotel is at its 8th year and the scheduled renovation in 2020 was postponed due to COVID, but the renovation will take place later this year. About the pool, the closing time is 9pm and we would not let any guest book or stay after that. Lastly, the carnival is in another hotel’s property and we have checked with Government, however, we are advised that’s lawful. We apologize for the noise and inconvenience. As a valued guest, we truly appreciate your business and feedback and would like to offer a complimentary upgrade for your next stay. 100% recommend. close to the airport, free breakfast, free 24/7 coffee, 24/7 shuttle to areas and restaurants close by.
Staff is very friendly, room was as expected but pleasant. Oh and free wifi as well.

This hotel provides unreliable housekeeping services on a by request basis. in all of my the years on the road in all levels of hotel this is the first one I've stayed in with by request only housekeeping, everywhere else I've stayed at did it daily. In my 3 weeks at the hotel I've had to complain about missed housekeeping services 4 times and only requested it every second day.

We have enjoyed staying here over the past 6 or 7 years. During our last visit, we noticed that the hotel needs some minor maintenance and care (painting, replace some carpet, repair ceilings from moisture in bathrooms, etc). We think the hotel is a victim of its own success (it’s usually very busy). Please reinvest in your property. You’ve got a great location and very good employees.

Hot tub down for maintenance. Main reason we booked this. Pool was cold. If you aren’t vaccinated you can’t use any of their facilities but can take food to go. The jacuzzi tub in our room we were not instructed how to use had to phone as we thought it was broken. Had to pull the huge red button out. We thought it was the emergency stop. Room was outdated. Paint peeling. Breakfast decent.

We had a wonderful stay with a king size bed and very comfortable mattress. The location was very quiet safe and convenient to the Polo Park Mall. Free breakfast was offered and the staff at the front counter were pleasant upon checking in.

Dear guest, we do have a special room rate package called park, stay & go. One night stay covers 7 days parking after you check out. It can go maximum of two weeks. For other general reservation, parking is free during their stay, and unfortunately, the guest who does not book park stay and go reservation can not leave their vehicle with us during their vacant.
