Hotel's Favourite
I visited Winnipeg with a friend for the weekend, and we decided to stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a good decision. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas. The hotel is pretty clean, and our room had everything we needed. We opted not to get service, but the housekeeper provided us with clean towels. The customer service was amazing; Ximena and Maryna at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, providing us with good recommendations of places to visit and eat. Thank you for the great stay!

The hotel stay was great. The room was clean and spacious. The full kitchen is excellent. Wifi was quick and there was a desk to work on.
Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet.
Monday to Thursday they serve a free evening reception. The night I was there the menu included a salad bar, soup, macaroni and cheese and beef sliders along with juice and coffee.
Breakfast was great. And staff were friendly and efficient.

Hotel was very clean rooms are a little dated and could use some upgrading.
A family that is staying overnight to go on a trip the next day the suites are very adequate for what you need they can fit up to 6 to 7 people.
Adjacent hotel gives lots of options for parking.

The sofa bed was broken and the mattress was dirty and worn out. When we asked for a replacement, we were given another dirty mattress to put on top of it. The furniture is torn and ratty. The main bed mattress is way past its prime. We saw insects in the hall and in the room. The air conditioner was so loud, it woke us up all night. The breakfast was replaced with a juice box, apple, yogurt and granola bar. The spoon was unwrapped, the bag looked reused, the coffee was empty. Even BW adds a microwaveable breakfast sandwich during these virus times. C'mon, you can do better than this at those rates. We had to use the same linens for 5 days. No checking to see if we needed anything. Allowing 10 people to sit in the lobby every day. Allowed people to sit just outside the entry smoking. Do not expect me back here ever again.

im a silver member and checking in was very easy. i requested key cards to the front desk lady (i dont remember her name) and she was pretty fast and efficient considering i booked 3 rooms. she noticed my honours status and gave me my welcome package. she was quiet but kind.
as i spent the rest of my night, i requested for extra pillows to my rooms (since we were more than 4 people in the room). one of the gentlemen at front desk said they did not have any extra pillows??? i was slightly confused considering if housekeeping had any stored in their department storage.. he was kind about it though and mentioned that if he finds any, he'll send it to my room (we did not get any extra pillows unfortunately). they did, however, give us extra shampoo and conditioner when i requested for that.
pool was small and the hot tub was almost lukewarm... but i had a fun time with friends.
i was in the fitness centre with my friends, but when we went back to our room, there was a man laying down in the hallway right infront of our room so we went down to call for security. we appreciate the gentlemen at FD for handling the situation.
food was okay, but filling..! the server(s) continuously clear and organize the pantry as best as possible. great on those employees!
when we checked out, housekeeping was pretty sweet. asking us if we needed anything before leaving and they were very friendly. one took time to talk to me for a bit.
checking out was easy as i only needed to do it on the hilton honours app.
overall, my tip is to always be kind to the employees working as they are doing their best! i appreciate all their hardwork. may come back if anything changes! id love to support the property to improve :) thanks for the experience.

I stayed in an accessible suite for 2 nights with a friend. The suite was clean and well-equipped. There were lots of food options at breakfast every morning - eggs, sausage/ham, juices, oatmeal, toast, etc and it was easy to distance from others to eat. All the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure guests were happy.

I have been here many times. For the last 5 years, I come at least 3 to 4 times a year. Always happy with my stay thats why we keep coming back. This time was different because of the global corona virus issues. A lot of things were not offered. The little, little things missing compounded to BIG dissappointment. First, there was a little bloodstain on my sheet, no towels in the room, no tisdur or papertowel in the room, no computers in the office space and it was dusty. But, what made me even more upset was after the phone call and email to the manager, nothing was done. From my stay of Aygust 17th till date, not eevn an "I'm sorry". I spoke to a Mary Rose, and a Ron I think. I also spoke to front desk manager whom I can't remember his name. The front desk manager was short and abrupt with me on the phone. And to think I spent $168 for this stay. Thank God I cancelled the 2nd nite.

Fantastic hotel from staff to amenities. We loved the outdoor patio area to relax with some drinks and while cooking one of the large bbqs. This hotel is in a great location close to anything you need.

+1
I have stayed at this hotel several times for business and with my family. It was almost always standard: easy parking, basic service at the desk, adequate rooms. This last stay will be my last. The rooms are getting very run down. The dresser in the room was water spotted and scratched and the drawer would not close. The walls are dented and scratched. The night table was dirty and water marked. The bathroom shows signs of mould. The whole room had a funky smell. The carpet has reached the ‘don’t walk on in bare feet’ phase. Yeeech. Winnipeg has lots of newer hotels. I suggest you stay there.

Hi 68smc
Everybed does have mattress protectors. They are the kind similar to a fitted sheet.
Many Thanks
