We have been using this hotel at least once per year since it opened. Not very upscale but very clean and comfortable.
It is on a golf course which is a nice feature. Also has large recreation facilities on the same property. These attract lots of children for hockey, gymnastics, dance competitions, etc. on weekends so the hotel can be quite busy. Never have we seen it to be an inconvenience.
Our only negative ? would be the poor water pressure in the shower.

Overall stay was good. Bar staff were extremely friendly! Had a maintenance issue but no maintenance on call so couldn’t fix. I would not buy the breakfast - head to a restaurant instead - not a lot of choices for the price - most hotels offer what they offer for free. They did take our garbage and dirty towels on day two but didn’t replenish towels or toiletries so we had to call. They were delivered promptly and with friendly service. Staff was really wonderful except one front desk attendant that was not overly friendly.

Very good hotel in Fredericton, NB. The hotel looks clean and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable and I like the wood flooring in the room. The staff in the reception were personable.

The only downside was the breakfast was not so great and you need to pay extra (which is typically included in a similar rated hotel).

Overall very good and I would book again if I'm in the area in the future.

Recently stayed. Hotel staff were consistently rude and defensive regardless of conversation approach. Lead us to feel unwelcome and nervous to ask questions. It is a toxic work environment. Rooms were decent and clean but the bathroom doors are very poorly designed which leaves large gaps for privacy and all bathroom noise echoing throughout the room. The continental breakfast was expensive and not good and the bartender we had mixed drinks really poorly. If they updated the bathroom doors and got rid of the toxic staff members it would be a decent hotel.

Thank you for posting a review. We are sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfying due to the condition of the bathroom door, breakfast and the service you received from the hotel staff at that time. Providing our guests with a comfortable and relaxing experience is of extreme importance to us and we are sorry if we may have missed the mark. Know that your voice has been heard and this will be forwarded to the hotel management for further improvements. We hope for another opportunity to make a more favorable impression in the future.

Busy lives, but a quick "staycation" for our 35th anniversary. The specific room was booked because the Radisson web page stated that breakfast was included in the booking. When we arrived at the hotel we were told this was no longer the case, and if we wanted breakfast it would be at $15 each. Room and amenities were fine, but the sour taste left from "breakfast is NOT included" lingers on...

We went to Fredericton to watch a hockey game, me my girlfriend and my son and we spent the night at this hotel. The goods: Rooms were large and clean, hotel is located in a quiet spot, beds are comfy and as a bonus, there is some building right next to it with an arcade, candle pins bowling alleys and an interior park for kids. The bad: There is no breakfast included, but there is a restaurant on spot, and if you plan on going to the arcade and stuff with a few kids then make sure you brings some extra $$$. In conclusion, we did enjoy our stay. If you want to stay in a quiet spot and have fun with your kids and have a reasonable budget. I'd suggest you to give it a try. I will probably be a returning customer.

This is an absolutely beautiful spot. It is on a pond and golf course with fire pits at night time. They don’t have a complimentary breakfast, but it was so close to the city that it didn’t matter.
Exploring Fredericton was easy as it was just a short 2-5 minute drive and the rooms here were gorgeous and super clean. We even took advantage of the path near the hotel and went for a short hike (it’s a snowmobile trail in the winter).
The only cons were the shower curtain really needed to be cleaned and there was makeup on the one room curtain panel. The shower curtain looked clean, but smelled.
Overall, we loved it here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

After a long day of travel and work, I finally got a chance to check into the hotel and this is where the problems began. A confirmation email was received the morning of our stay, when I arrived to check in I was advised all 7 rooms were booked in for November, strange considering we received a confirmation email. Either way they had the rooms and we were checked in. When entering the room there was a foul smell, only to find cigarette ashes and dirty clothes behind the couch, dirt and stains on the bed. Went back to the front desk to get a new room, I was given a new card only to find out there was already someone in the new room (whom was also at the front desk because of the excess of pubic hair in their shower). So I was given a third room, although it was better then the first, there was hair in the sink, 5 years of dust under the bed, and what I can only describe as bodily fluids down the side of the bed. At this point I packed my things, told the front desk I would not be staying and found a new hotel (thank you Best Western). In the current times we are living in (COVID-19) this hotel is not being properly cleaned and guests should be fearful of staying here! I will be reporting this hotel to the proper health authorities as they are obviously not following proper health guides mandated by the government.

I could not have asked for a better long term stay at a hotel. I am beyond thankful The Radisson was able to host me for such a length of time. This hotel and the staff truly made my unfortunate circumstances comfortable. I honestly don’t have the ability to express how appreciative I am. The entire staff made an incredibly stressful period an absolute breeze, that’s an understatement. My time at the radisson was a vacation. I lived in a radisson room for 3 months and I was legitimately sad to say goodbye. This place truly is a home away from home. The atmosphere of the patio and fire pits along the pond are stellar. Sam Sneads menu isn’t lying about having the best burgers in town (my pallet isn’t easily pleased) and their staff is very well rounded. It’s hard to fathom how perfectly this establishment runs day in and day out. I truly could not have had better accommodations in the Fredericton area. If you’re going to stay in Fredericton, the rad should be where you lay your head.

We came at the time of Covid and the Hotel is using security measures: all employees wear a mask, there is acrylic on the counter, disinfectant gel and to enter the elevator there are warnings and there is also alcohol gel in the middle of the elevator doors.
In the bedroom, the television remote control is wrapped in plastic.

The Hotel is new, modern and beautiful!
The room is large, with wooden floors (which are not cold), television, refrigerator, coffee maker and wardrobe.
The bed (king) is very comfortable.
The bathroom is modern with a glass shower.
At the Hotel there is a lake and a large golf course and the view is very beautiful!
There is also a pleasant area behind and if you want to make a fire, you have chairs, cut wood and a fireplace.
Great place to rest!
At the gym the number of people is limited because of Covid.
The hotel offers breakfast!
Parking is large and free.
Excellent hotel!

There is a golf course with a beautiful lodge where my son had his wedding, which shares the same parking lot. I’m not sure if the hotel actually has banquet rooms.
