You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. Clean, comfortable bed. For the price it even includes the continental breakfast with everything you need. We would go back there. Microwave and mini fridge as well as lots of channels on tv. We had room no. 31 and it was ok.

My family and guest stayed at the Knights Inn during our wedding weekend. We are a close walk from the Inn so it was the perfect location. Our friends and family raved about the price and were happy with the rooms and experience wonderful customer service. They all said they would stay there again on their next visit!
A few days before the guests were to arrive, I went down to check that all was in order. I was greeted by Tyler, the GM. He took the time to go over all the reservations to make sure none were left out. He gave my mom a better room then the one she booked as I told him we might be doing our hair and make up before the wedding in her room. The new room Tyler provided was bigger and more set up for this activity. Tyler knows his Inn very well and is very accommodating.
My dad stayed in room 59 and loved the extra space it had. He was very happy with what he got for the price.
My brother and cousin were given a later checkout when they asked as well.
I highly recommend staying here as you will be well looked after and can not beat the price. Plus it is a straight shot into downtown, not even 10 minutes.

This was a last minute trip to Fredericton - We literally booked this hotel the night before we left. It was incredibly cheap, so much so that we were a little worried - usually for such a cheap price you can't expect much and we knew that. When we pulled up, we thought it was nice. They were doing some work on the building at the time. The staff were very friendly when we checked in. We had a room around back and went in to get settled. The room was small but fine for us and our stuff. The TV worked well, the bed was comfy, and it was a place to sleep - that was all we wanted. The bathroom was a little iffy, and neither of us wanted to get in the shower. The worst part however was that I think we were the only ones who rented for a full night... It seemed all of our neighbors in other rooms rented by the hour.... And all seemed to be engaging in the same loud activity if you catch my drift.... So be prepared for that. Honestly, next time I will spend a little extra even just for the quiet. If you literally need just a quick stop and you're low on cash, then this is fine. But if you're spending any significant time at the place you're staying, definitely spring for something else.

Unless you like to share your room with spiders, strangers sitting outside your room, mismatched furnishings, poor mattresses, no hot water and only one chair in your room, spend the money and find another place to stay. The hotel was one of the worst we have stayed. Their web site photos are a complete misrepresentation of what the rooms look like. It’s nothing like the photos. When I went to check out there was no doubt in my mind why the main office door was bolted shut. The owners don’t want to hear about your stay. Trust me, spend the extra money and don’t stay here. You’ve been warned.

This motel is crap. The rooms are dirty and dated…renovated many many years ago. Bed is lumpy, pillows are like a thick towel bathroom is filthy. Internet is non existent, and we couldn’t get on for longer than 2/3 minutes at a time. Terrible front desk person. This place should be condemned. I complained about the internet to no avail. Walls r paper thin. Some tenants rent by the month lol…..

I wish I could put into words the feeling I had upon entering my room at the Knights Inn. As a social worker, I work inside shelters, detoxes and prisons and yet I have never felt myself become so overwhelmed with feelings of unease and disgust. I can't shake the sensation of my skin crawling and I only stayed in the room for 20 minutes before calling it quits.
Think back to any horror movie where a sketchy motel is featured and you will understand just what state this motel is in. I wouldn't be surprised if this place ended up on the news.
The Inn is located in a nice residential area and the front simply looks a bit dated but perfectly acceptable. The fact that I had to body check my room door in order to get in should have been my first red flag. I had read SO MANY reviews on multiple websites that I foolishly still had hope that this place would live up to all the good words. I couldn't have been more wrong. Not a single piece of furniture was without damage or stains. The bathroom wall was so cracked that the frame wouldn't allow the washroom door to properly close. Thankfully, the light from the tiny window was so limited that you couldn't see the full extent of how deplorable the room was. I immediately checked for bed bugs before even attempting to touch the furniture.
However, the spider located in the corner of the room seemed to be loving the room, as it was able to construct such a large spanning web which actually looked like a more appealing place to stay than this actual room.
I have stayed in questionable places around the world as I am a sucker for a good deal with good reviews. This is the first time that it had ever come back to bite me. We left within 20 minutes of arriving, the thought of staying the night will haunt my dreams for the rest of this trip.
Perhaps new management has really dropped the ball on this little inn, as it does have potential to be a lovely place to stay. Such a shame.
We returned the keys to the front desk who made no attempt to rectify the situation. All we wanted was to leave and it was our best decision of our trip.
All I want is to prevent someone else from staying here - any traveller deserves better than this!

After a long journey from Ontario we pulled into the driveway of Knights Inn. Admittedly, the exterior was in need of a lot of work but we were only staying one night and it was a very cheap place to crash. Despite first impressions, we decided to give it a chance, perhaps the rooms were alright. Mistake #1. The room looked in desperate need of a good cleaning and appeared to be held together by plywood and a few nails. Outside of our room was a bag of trash on the plastic patio chair. Perhaps they were in the middle of cleaning the rooms/grounds. Mistake #2. The trash was still there the next morning. Obviously, the property is not being checked or it is and they simply do not care.
Positive comments: Breakfast was simple and uneventful. It was very quiet during the night.
Our advice:spend the extra money for another hotel.

I didn't even get the chance to see the room I had booked on booking.com. Travelling from Hamilton to PEI, we drove all day to get to this place. I had booked months ago on booking.com which I have never had any issue with previous to this experience.
When we arrive after 13 hours of driving, we were told my room was not available anymore. The front desk man said because I never entered a credit card number at the time of booking, the room was not reserved past 3pm. HOWEVER, I had my confirmation email and number. Also, had Booking.com asked me for a credit card number to reserve, 1) I would've provided it and 2) the reservation wouldn't have been complete to provide a confirmation number.
We ended up at another less than satisfactory motel for the evening.
Super unimpressed.
Thanks for nothing Knights Inn.

For the price, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of my stay at Knights Inn. It is a bit out of the city, but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay then this is the place for you!

I had a death in the family and had to make an emergency trip quickly and cost effective for myself and three other family members traveling separately. Not wanting any surprises with check in times etc I called ahead before making arrangements on internet. I spoke with Norm one of the mangers who is one of the most down to earth and genuine people I have ever come across, especially in the service industry. Very much befitting the congenial, humble and good humoured nature of Maritime folk. I was very fortunate and can say that Norm made dealing with my family's loss that much easier! As well I had a last minute addition to our group of three not to mention my own unfortunate delay in my flight's departure. Letting Norm know as soon as I could he went even further to ensure our convenience. Also, thank you to Marina(?) who also works the office for her help with directions. I cant thank you guys enough!
