Excellent service from the personable owner Dianna, who solved a dilemma with the utmost grace. Room is basic with TV, microwave, kettle, a set of utensils for one and an armoire because this is actually a student room during the school year. Fully stocked kitchen in the building. Nothing special, just suited my needs and worth staying here. But beware only July and August….!

I found this hotel to be clean and functional. Each room has a bathroom with a sink in the bedroom area a table TV fridge microwave desk. They also have a common cooking area so if you actually want to cook something you can. they have free parking. There is a pizza shop and corner store next door. The price is good but it is an older style building. Would stay again.

My daughter lived here for the past 2 years during university. It's very clean. They get their own bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, dressers & closet in their room. Their rooms are cleaned every Thursday. A restaurant & convenience store/pizza in the building too. Perfect for students. They also have a shared laundry room & Kitchen. Price is reasonable.

Overall a nice place to stay for a few nights. Rooms are reasonably priced, just on the outskirts of downtown. Rooms are a bit old, but clean. Staff is very friendly. Kitchen with utensils is available, if needed, on second floor. Chinese/Canadian Restaurant just off the lobby. Has a separate menu of authentic Chinese cuisine. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Just next door is a Pizza-Donair-Convenience store, good pizza ,reasonable prices. No need to cook if you'd prefer take out. It's not glamorous, but it is a nice place to rest your head for the night if you're exploring the area. Just a few minutes to the shopping center, the downtown core, and the Saturday morning Farmers Market. With a walking park nearby and a foot bridge across the river for those who like to stroll around. Lots of free parking, I'm not sure , but I think the restraurant serves drinks. The only common area I know of, is the kitchen area on the second floor. with seating for four. I don't think they offer a full laundry service, but they do have washers and dryers available on the first floor.

Rooms could use a makeover but clean enough and staff were friendly. Cheap stopover on a road trip. Disappointed I couldn't make a cup of coffee in the morning in the room though so had to go looking for a coffee shop before setting off on our trip again.

Stopped by this hotel on a bike trip thru New Brunswick. Property used for university residence during winter. Overall nice location 1 km walk from downtown minutes from UNB and STU. Room is nothing fancy clean and quiet. Not much in the area but Chinese restaurant and convenience store attached. Good value for no nonsense accommodations

Rented this motel because it was the cheapest in the region. Got there, didn't get a lot of information about the place at the front desk, room was clean but old, smelled humid and like they tried to mask the smell of something. Saw a couple of ants. Wanted to check out early in the morning but had no idea how because I wasn't told how, called the night security, he had no idea and I'm pretty sure he was sleeping. Bedding was the absolute worst, and the carpet was gross, would not really recommend. Just pay 15$ more and go to Best Western.

Stayed for one night as a stop over on our road trip with the kids. Not a horrible place considering the price. Fit in to our budget. Small room but clean. On site has a take out pizza place and convenience store as well as Chinese restaurant. Didn't try any of them though so can't comment on how they were. Wifi is free/open but don't use it!!! We all logged on and found the next day we had all been hacked (from someone in Taiwan according to one of our device notifications)

Having traveled 11 hrs by car and needing a simple room and 2 beds, this fit the deal. The property is aged and needs TLC. The price was $60 +tax. Near the university which is good if you are going to the campus and need a 1 night stay. The bathroom was dirty and the room needed upgrades. Fredericton does not have many Motels or Hotels adjacent to the Trans Canada Highway for a convenient lay over.
