My husband and I stayed at this very welcoming B&B for two nights. Our mornings were started with a excellent breakfast, very delicious setting us up for the day. Our bedroom was delightful, the bed very comfortable, bathroom well equipped. The location was great a pleasant walking distance to downtown. All in all a super two days. Thank you Cindy...

A recent tour of the Maritimes brought us to Fredricton on our way back to Montreal. We were looking for comfort and location and the Colonel's In is that and much more. Wonderful memorabilia and a host interested in sharing the background with her guests.

We recently stayed here for two nights. Our room on the second floor was quite large, very clean, and well decorated, including a desk and chair. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately this b&b is located on a busy street, and traffic noise can be heard all night, even with the windows closed. Otherwise, the location is very nice, across from...

Nice older home, very well kept, very clean. Friendly owner/ host. Our room was very comfortable, clean and charming. Our host had prepared us a beautiful breakfast, had given us great advise as to the local attractions. Over all we would recommend this B@B and would be happy to stay here again on our next road trip. Also Fredericton is...

Cindy is a great host, will give you all the information you need to have in order to make your visit to Fredericton a really nice one. Breakfast was amazing (those pancakes were the best!) and different each...

My husband and I have stayed in every kind of B&B, from ultra-modern and high-end to those no-frills-just-a-place-to-rest-your-head lodgings, but when one conjures up the idea of a traditional B&B, the Colonel's In hits the mark on every expectation. Period furnishings, spotless and comfortable accommodations at a fair price, an exceedingly gracious host, great location (about a ten minute walk...

My husband and I stayed a couple nights ago at the Colonels In and had such a great experience. The location is very much a highlight of this B&B as it is only a 15 minute scenic walk right into the downtown area. Cindy was a pleasant host, giving us recommendations for dinner and things to do in town. She...

We stayed here for 1 night and would have loved to stay for more. We stayed in the rifle room which is a Esperanto annex and a room above the garage. This room was spacious and very comfy. All details were perfect. It is clear that the hosts have thought so carefully for every detail. There was a fridge in...

The home is exceptionally clean. The rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast was homemade cinnamon coffee cake, fruit/yogurt and peach pancakes. Very delicious. It is located across the river from downtown. You can walk across via the old railroad bridge, now used as a trail for hiking. A very pleasant stay in Fredericton. Highly recommended.
