The price felt very unsafe. Pool and hot tub were very dirty and green. Management staff just walked into my room uninvited early in the morning. Lots of drug addicts around tge property and staying at the property. Some talking to my children making them feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We were worried stuff would be stolen from our room while we were away from the room. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk staff were nice and helpful if they werent sleeping.

The nautical themed room was just an amazing and unexpected surprise. I was very much amazed by the smalll details such as portholes on the wall and the details on the table. After a 9 hour drive and coming to such a spacious and relaxing room was amazing. The morning breakfast at their restaurants was around $12-20 and the plate was totally worth it Thank you Team !

My room was business on the second floor. Old carpet, fixtures and furniture. Mold and mildew in the washroom and shower. Old carpet in the hallways and the rooms. Patio doors to the balcony in poor condition. Mattress old and somewhat unconfortable. Coffee machine, microwave, chips and water available in the room.

What a surprisingly DECENT value-for-money motel to find in a fairly obscure location across the bridge on the east shore of the St. John River!!!!! But worth the travel IMHO. Going into Fredericton "blind" on a business trip I had to rely on the WYNDHAM brand name to advise me and it worked out. Nothing much from the outside but some unexpected pleasures on the inside. Let's start with the ROOM: Decent and clean. Bedding is comfortable and there are the usual amenities. Bathroom is good but the ROOM ITSELF needs some updating. The carpeting has seen a LOT of wear and tear and MOST hotels are now ripping them out and installing engineered flooring. Safer, healthier, CLEANER and much easier to maintain. The furnishings are ok but the DESK CHAIR was disgustingly stained and should be REPLACED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! Let's get to the other hotel offerings at this RAMADA. There is a nice restaurant on site which has a bar with some great chicken wings served by some wonderfully friendly staff. The star of the show, however, is the pool area!!!! A huge covered elevated patio entertainment area off meeting rooms with a pool and hot tub down below, This whole area is surrounded by the more expensive rooms with outside balconies, chairs and awnings. It has a FABULOUS FLORIDA vibe....quite an unexpected pleasure.

Very nice hotel. Very quiet. Nice restaurant. I do miss the pool tables they used to have. Over all a very good experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and never crowed. Balconies were inside facing the indoor courtyard.

Overall a great place to stay. The service was good and room was clean. The restaurant had good food and the staff were nice. Overall all satisfying stay but decor is pretty dated. There was no USB connections in the room which required some scrambling to charge my phone!

I was very well disappointed in my stay at the Ramada this past weekend as I stayed here almost 9 years ago and at that time it was perfect, not a single complaint, staff was super friendly, rooms were great, etc. but fast forward to this past weekend, I had the absolute WORST stay ever to a point that if it was summer I would of went and slept in my rental minivan instead. It was super noisy and loud to the point it gave me a migraine. When I booked online it said 2 queen beds, when I got to my room I clearly saw they weren't queens they were doubles and I KNOW the difference! I've tried calling several times the front desk from my room for a few questions I wanted to ask, NOBODY ANSWERED, talk about a rude obnoxious service! My room was filthy dirty and had mold! Cracks in the toilet and sick, wallpaper coming apart, wasn't vacuumed, etc This hotel is very well outdated, it needs to be renovated or brought to the ground! I'm VERY disappointed! I will never be staying here again that's for sure! This stay wasn't even worth a frigging penny!

Rooms ok. Requested an extra blanket as kids were cold on the pullout sofa and was told they don’t have blankets. You’re running a hotel. Currently here for another night and pretty disappointed that a simple request couldn’t be handled.

These rooms look clean upon first glance but they definitely are not. They are very dirty. Blood on the shower curtain and old used q-tips were found in 2 rooms. There was lap mold in the bathroom. . .

I chose this hotel for the price and location. Very disappointed - we stayed over on a Saturday night, and this place turns out to be a party hotel! Should have guessed when a driver turned up at the reception desk, when we were checking in, with multiple orders of alcohol for guests. Didn't get to sleep til 2am because of frequent noises from drunken individuals roaming up and down the corridor outside our room. Room itself was ok, the bathroom was tiny, and the whole placed looked very tired - best part was the shower, which was hot, with great water pressure - won't stay here again tho'
