Booked using a travel website. I had to make a date change minutes later and they refused to offer a refund or switch the funds to the new date...so make sure you book for the right date or they will keep your money. Room was ok and was mixed in with what appeared to be permanent residents. I had no serious issues with this motel until I discovered there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. As this was just a quick stop-over on a long journey, I didn't bother looking into it. Onsite parking available, even for a couple cars that looked abandoned in the corner. The man in reception was however very friendly though.

This is an older motel and things are dated. It could use updating especially the carpets. That being said, the room was clean and the bed was not bad. The people were very nice and pleasant. The little restaurant, Irene's place, was a real surprise. All home made food, pastry and even the jam. Price was great. We have never had better food and the people were great. We were in the hotel once before but the restaurant was not open. We would definitely stay here again. Just hope the restaurant stays open with the same people.

These words defines well Prospect Inn. This is not a new place, in fact needs some maintenance, but still is a very affordable hotel. And with a very dedicated and nice team, you will really feel like at home.
