The clerk very helpful. Upgraded the room, free of charge. Very clean rooms. A TV and cable, in each living area room. Steady wifi. Heavy/warm blankets on bed. Controllable baseboard heaters. LED rope, lighting in bedroom. Very relaxing.

We enjoyed the beautiful spacious room, which came with a stove, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen table and couch. The motel has a lovely outdoor pool, although we didn't get a chance to try it out. Very good value for the room we were in. Stayed here for two nights, but would happily reserve for more nights next time.

It looks like, and probably is, a 1950's-era motel, but it's been updated very well. We got a suite for a little more than we'd paid for poor lodgings elsewhere the night before. Everything was clean, comfortable (pillow-top mattress, even!), and spacious. The staff was helpful. The location isn't perfect (4-5 miles from downtown), but everything else suited us well.

This was by far the WORST experience in any Inn,Motel or hotel i have ever been at in my life! The walls are paper thin, i got woken up every moning by the man in the room beside mine farting! yes FARTING i could hear him fart in the room next door!!! the bathroom has no heat in it, so dont shut the door if you like long baths because you will freeze when you get out. There is a significant language barer(different language)(Korean) the room had no phone in it and there was a TV that was right behind the door so if the door is opened fast without knowing you would break the TV and more then likely be made to pay for it to be repaired or replaced. I woke up 4 mornings in a row with a bug bite of some sort on my ribs that stung! it wasnt just a flea bite or anything like that it actually stung like a bee sting! When i had gone to ask for a refund the owner freaked out at me saying it wasnt fair to him for me to get a refund, then we agreed upon a price and i had gone back to the room to gather my things, he had followed in his truck and mouthed at me and my fiance because we wanted a refund to go elsewhere. when time to check out and get my refund back he continued to argue and wasnt going to even give me a cent back even though i had paid for a month upfront not 4 nights. He then started arguing, pushing, and putting his finger in my fiances face, while there was a 2 or 3 year old in the same room! they let the kid and dog run around and climb on the desk( little girl is the best part of this place) the little dog they let run around poops on the floor so when you check-in watch your step!! the cops ended up having to get me my refund back with any kind of piece. SO if you want to be bit by bugs, woken by people farting , and be freaked out at by a child like owner then this is the place to be but if you like being treated like a guest, have decent service, and a decent price then this place is NOT for you, i asked for a new towel the second day i was there. left on the 4 or 5th still didnt get one, thank god i brought my own! then Jay tried to say i ruined his towel, it was my towel that i had proof of being mine and proof i had brought it. He doesn't even have an actual policies!! i asked for a written policy for a refund and he has zero type of such.. anyways like i said nothing but trouble wasted money and time and the worst service possibly known to man kind!!!!!!

This motel shows its age. Our room had a noisy cheap a/c, shower had no grab bars or a non-slip mat, no coffee maker in room but coffee available in lobby. Room was large, clean but sparcely furnished. Beds very good, perhaps on the soft side. Not great value.

We stayed here twice and both times everything went very well. The staff is organized and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The motel is easy to find, just off the highway and it is reasonably priced.. It's a matter of taste, but I thought the beds were too soft. I would stay here again

I've stayed here a few times over the years and really enjoyed it. This place has been running for as long as I can remember and has maintained an excellent reputation. The rooms are cozy and have been updated to keep up with the times. Great value for $$ spent! While not directly in Fredericton, the location is very convenient (on the original Trans Canada) and just a short drive from the city center. If you're vacationing with family, there is a water park just round the corner, and there is a riverside bike trail leading into the city just down the hill.

On Saturday night at 10pm I booked this Inn for that very night. We were 3.5 hours away and I mentioned that when I booked. The lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful. We ended up being delayed and then misdirected by our GPS and arrived at 2:30am. This sweet lady was waiting up for us. She was quick checking us in and went out of her way to go down to our room a little earlier and turn on the heat and get it all cozy for us.
The room was great - 2 double beds with mattresses I wished I had on my bed at home. It was spacious, very clean, and had a fridge, microwave and nice flat screen TV. Bathroom was perfection.
Very comfortable - would stay again in a flash! Great rate too.

Ok, this is not five stare as in upscale Hyatt type. It is five star for a fairly inexpensive motel. When I checked in, the extremely pleasant desk clerk informed me that our room was upgraded to a suite "for more elbow room" for no extra charge. We are 3 adults and a mid size dog. This includes a full kitchen. I was so glad not to have to go out for another meal on the road, we had some supplies with us and heated up some soup for dinner. They gave us some coffee creamer for our coffee since we would be leaving before they set up coffee and tea in the morning. Restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Beautifully kept grounds and the suite was spotless. Crisp clean sheets and a comfortable bed made for a great sleep. We will be back.

Clean & relatively quiet (people next room had dogs). Last time we stayed there (4-5 years ago) there was a very nice restaurant. Not so this year. It's a pain to have to either return to the city or drive way out of town to eat. We will probably NOT stay here again if we have to travel for food. There are many other good choices in the area.
