Second visit in a week. We came back because everything was so good the first time. This time there was a small hitch. Our inside room door didn’t want to lock. The front desk staff in the evening was good and tried to solve it. She even offered us a different room. Since we were were already settled and could simply use the deadbolt (the issue was the regular latch) we just stayed in the room. The issue was with the morning staff who told us we were the problem when we reminded them to have the door looked at. (Why blame us, even if they weren’t going to fix it? We likely would never get the same room again.) The comment just seemed unnecessary. Having said that breakfast was good and the room, except for the door was fine.

Stayed here on our way to Alma. Reception very welcoming. Our room was spacious &quiet with the usual amenities. Bed & pillow extremely comfortable. Nice that breakfast was included...hot & cold options. Would definately stay here again.

Modern, clean motel on the outskirts of Fredericton. Well maintained. Good-sized room with very comfortable queen bed. Breakfast was do-it-yourself with several hot and cold choices and more than enough quantity.

We had a great experience--start to finish. We were warmly greeted when we came through the door. Noticed how clean everything looked right away. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed. Fridge, coffeemaker, TV, safe, ironing board, ice bucket. Free breakfast. Great, helpful, friendly staff. Convenient to restaurants, stores, etc.

We were on the road for 13 hours and chose a hotel we had stayed at many times in the past because we were so pleased with past stays. Not this time! We were given a room and when we opened the door almost the entire entry was stained badly and smelled terrible. It smelled like dog urine to me. Back down to the front desk to request a different room. The gal on the desk got defensive and stated, that’s not on me. And by the way she spoke she was aware of the state of that room. My Husband asked why she gave us that room if she knew about the stains and she said that carpet has to be replaced but that’ll take time. But, she said, we have to sell the rooms. She gives us another key to a different room. We go into the 2nd room and begin to unpack. Now we have another problem....the toilet won't refill so it won't flush! Ugh!!! Husband went back to the desk to ask for another room and gal on the front desk proceeded to get a bucket containing a toilet valve and other supplies. She was going to look at the toilet and try to repair it. Husband stated that we were tired of being inconvenienced and just wanted to get a room that functioned so we could go to sleep. An interesting occurrence happened to us in the lobby the next morning when another couple approached us asking if we had issues with our room that morning. We stated no we didn’t but we certainly did the night before. They stated that they were not happy either as they had no hot water and couldn’t shower before heading out on the road. So disappointed with what used to be our go to hotel when visiting Fredericton. We won't be returning, that's for sure.

Very clean hotel and modern furnishes. The breakfast was hot but I didn't find there was any fruit options. Unless I just missed it. And lastly because I am a TV holic the remote buttons didn't work great. Other than that I will be back. Lovely hotel.

We were extremely happy with this hotel and experience. Our first floor room had both an outside door direct to the parking lot and also a door into the interior corridor. The room was a good size, clean, and had everything working. The breakfast was great, with hot food (eggs, bacon, potatoes and waffles) along with the usual bread items. The location was quiet, easy to access from the main highway, and had many restaurants within a few kms. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

With Covid and all we were really impress with the service. Employee were doing the service at breakfast, everything was good! Room are great! I would highly recommend! Access to the room directly from outside is a plus.

Me and my daughter stayed there from August 10 to August 11. I walked by the reception at 11:30pm and it smelled nice so I asked the girl at the front desk what it was, she replied she was preparing breakfast for the morning. It did smell of bacon and eggs. At first I thought it was odd but now I understand why everything was so dry and hard to chew on in the morning. Breakfast should not be prepared almost 12 hours in advance. It is not something wrong with the food as some may think but most likely the person in charge of preparing it is too lazy to do it in the morning as it should, I can’t possibly think of an other reason. Overall the rooms are nice and clean and we had a nice stay.

Best bed we slept on throughout our trip so far. Clean and comfortable, pillows good. Good location with friendly staff. Good breakfast which was prepared by hotel staff. Possibly due to Covid this didn’t seem to be the norm at other hotels that had breakfast included. Wish they had recycle bins available in rooms.
