Great hotel stay on our way to Nova Scotia. Right off the highway. Check in was smooth and easy. There were no luggage carts available when we arrived, but the kind front desk attended provided us a pushcart to help us get our luggage to our room. Upon getting into our room, the air conditioner was on, which was great as it was extremely hot when we arrived, the room was clean and spacious, the two queen size beds had many pillows and clean linens. The bathroom was clean lots of towels however the shower pressure could use improvement or a detachable showerhead to help with the lack of pressure may be beneficial. included in our stay was the free breakfast which was good. Lots of options for everyone, overall happy with or stay and I will use this establishment again in the future.

We were extremely happy with this hotel and experience. Our first floor room had both an outside door direct to the parking lot and also a door into the interior corridor. The room was a good size, clean, and had everything working. The breakfast was great, with hot food (eggs, bacon, potatoes and waffles) along with the usual bread items. The location was quiet, easy to access from the main highway, and had many restaurants within a few kms. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Me and my daughter stayed there from August 10 to August 11. I walked by the reception at 11:30pm and it smelled nice so I asked the girl at the front desk what it was, she replied she was preparing breakfast for the morning. It did smell of bacon and eggs. At first I thought it was odd but now I understand why everything was so dry and hard to chew on in the morning. Breakfast should not be prepared almost 12 hours in advance. It is not something wrong with the food as some may think but most likely the person in charge of preparing it is too lazy to do it in the morning as it should, I can’t possibly think of an other reason. Overall the rooms are nice and clean and we had a nice stay.

We typically stay at Quality Inn every time we go out of town and are always happy with our stay and service. We have stayed at the Fredericton location many times and have always been happy with them. This time, I was very disappointed to see that after they recently just did renovations they removed the microwave from the room. Why would they do this. We are the type of people who do not necessarily eat out at take outs, we sometimes pick stuff up from grocery stores that require microwaves to heat it up, and sometimes like to reheat our coffee. I hope they did not decide to remove the microwave from all locations or I may start booking with another chain which I really do not want to. The room was very clean like usual and staff very friendly and professional like usual. I would highly recommend this chain for your stay out of town... but don't expect to be able to take food back to the room and heat it up!

Second visit in a week. We came back because everything was so good the first time. This time there was a small hitch. Our inside room door didn’t want to lock. The front desk staff in the evening was good and tried to solve it. She even offered us a different room. Since we were were already settled and could simply use the deadbolt (the issue was the regular latch) we just stayed in the room. The issue was with the morning staff who told us we were the problem when we reminded them to have the door looked at. (Why blame us, even if they weren’t going to fix it? We likely would never get the same room again.) The comment just seemed unnecessary.
Having said that breakfast was good and the room, except for the door was fine.

I had a king size room on the first floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Several mentioned that it was a great breakfast and I decided to come here. I was here for meetings. The breakfast was not my thing. The eggs were overdone, the bacon was oozing with grease and sausages weren’t that appealing either. Decided to try the hash browns and they tasted like they had been stuffed for days in a drawer full of stinky socks. They tasted horrible. I decided to grab some toast and an orange juice. There was no fruit or oatmeal I could see. Anyway, there was a waffle maker machine but I didn’t feel like rich foods at this point. Some fruit even canned would be nice.
What I didn’t like was how unprofessional the staff was. Upon checking in, the attendent saying out loud my room number, with several other people checking in behind me. I’m a woman by myself and would rather keep that info confidential. It never happens anywhere, I’ve been before. Housekeeping, coming to my door twice to come clean my room when I’m still there. It was 8:45 again that has never happened to me before. Maybe it’s just the way it is in Fredericton? It did ask me when I was checking in when I had planned on leaving...I had marked 10:00 am. Maybe they don’t read? Anyway, I’m not usually negative in my comments but I found this hotel very unprofessional.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had staying in this type of hotel which I do fairly frequently. Check-in took all of an hour. I booked through Booking.com and then the front desk wanted a $250 damage deposit. They said it was for incidentals, but in a hotel with no room service that was ridiculous. I have a Visa and a Mastercard. They both kept getting declined. I phoned both credit card companies. They both said my cards were fine and that they had no record of either being declined. So there is some glitch in your system which still hasn't been straightened out, but they ultimately gave me my key after giving $250 with my debit card.

Then I went to the room. Although it was cold and rainy out the a/c was on and the temperature was 16. It took over an hour to get the room up to a decent temperature by which time I was thoroughly chilled and miserable. Considering the weather, the heat should have been on.

And the TV. Nice big flat screen. But every time I changed channels there was a 5 second delay for the new station to load. It made scrolling through to find something to watch completely frustrating. So much for watching TV.

And the morning checkout. Because I had paid the damage deposit by debit they wouldn't return it before sending a staff member to check my room. Treating a guest like a 14 year old isn't the way to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

This is based on my experience. The hotel was good and close to businesses accessible by walking.
The breakfast had variety. I was there for business.
My issue was the room that I got and the front desk said there was no room to change to. I had asked for a quiet room and I was on the side of highway and for me it was noisy all night plus people letting the door slam at different times over night and it was a Monday night.

this was a one night stay on the way to Halifax. We checked in fairly late and were given a very nice room/it looks like the rooms have all been fully renovated.
Very comfortable beds and new carpets. Bathroom was adequate.
Breakfast was included next morning but served rather than being a buffet, due to covid. Inconsistent regulations with some hotels serving breakfast and others offering a buffet self-serve.
