We just ended a full week at this property. My wife's Mother was in the palliative care unit of the Georges Dumont Hospital in Moncton. We really needed flexibility as we were not sure from day to day how much longer we would need to be there. As it turned out, we were there a full week, through the day of the funeral. The property was just what we needed. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that had a full kitchen. The extra bedroom came in handy when a family member needed to leave the hospital for awhile to get some rest. Clean, very comfortable and only a very short drive from the property to the hospital. Couldn't be more convenient. I really cannot say enough about the staff. Before we decided to stay here, we checked out the reviews and almost without fail they mentioned the great staff. Given that we did need flexibility in re reserving almost daily, they did all they could to not only accommodate our needs, but also to make us feel very comfortable in what is a very difficult personal time. I do travel globally, and the quality of the accommodations are only part of it. The way you are treated by the staff is as important to me. The great people at this property are genuine, friendly, extremely easy to talk to, and really do want to help however they can. True character, not a facade. I want to thank Zack, Randy, and especially Darlene and Amanda. You all went above and beyond for us at a very difficult time, and we thank you sincerely. Stay here, don't even think about it. The location couldn't be better, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, the Covid protocols are in place and followed, and the staff is beyond helpful. Absolutely top shelf.

My wife, myself and our little puppy Laiya spent the month of March 2020 here during the Covid-19 lockdown while we were getting renovations done on our house. Darlene, Amanda and staff were so helpful in every way including check-in and throughout our stay. The rooms are clean as is the entire facility, the location is wonderful (Main St. shops just outside the door) and there is also a walking path along a river for miles just steps from the hotel. We have spent many nights at Marriot Residence Inns in North America and this experience was one of our best. Book here, you won't regret it!

My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott in Moncton for 9 weeks while my husband was having treatments for cancer. The most amazing place. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the time we registered until we signed out. Darlene and Amanda were wonderful, friendly and made sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe during the Covid Pandemic. I highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back, Thank you Darlene, Amanda and staff , you are amazing. God Bless, Cathy and Yvon.

Despite the pandemic, the Residence Inn was very busy over the Labour Day weekend. Amanda at the front desk checked us in quickly and let us know all the safety measures in place due to COVID-19 and other helpful info (staff and guests must wear masks in all public areas, physical distancing, limited people in pool area so you need to reserve a spot, parking, smoking area outside, complimentary breakfast procedures, etc.) She was very welcoming and just a pleasant person to deal with. Our king studio was on the third floor, facing the back of the hotel. It had a fully equipped kitchenette with table and two chairs. The living room area had a very comfortable sofa bed/couch with extended lounge area so you could put up your feet and the TV was on a bureau and could swivel so that it served both the living room and bedroom area. The king bed was very comfortable. There is a closet and sink area outside the bathroom, which had a toilet and large shower. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Room was very quiet and air conditioning worked well. The only negative during our stay was regarding the pool/hot tub and the reason I deducted one star from my review. I suspect the hot tub isn't functioning well, as you could barely feel the jets and the filtration system wasn't getting rid of the fine debris of the previous users. Also, it smelled very strongly of chlorine which in retrospect was probably a good thing. The pool was on the cold side, so as much as we were looking forward to using both the hot tub and pool, we only stayed a couple of minutes there. As mentioned previously, access to the pool area is limited and you must reserve your spot if you want to use the facilities there. Before checking out, we had the complimentary breakfast which was quite good. Scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, bagels, yogurts, cereals, juices and tea and coffee were all available. Everything was served out by staff, behind a plexiglas shield. No guests were handling any food - staff would bring your choices to your table for you. Much better system than some of the other hotels that are just handing out a bagged meal. Would we return to Residence Inn? Definitely! The price we paid was reasonable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a downtown Moncton location.

I was co-hosting a bachelorette party and needed a room to host the attendees between the nights events. I booked this room and was completely satisfied. The room (a suite) was huge, clean, well equipped. The hotel staff anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was served, and the staff were outstanding. We really appreciate the hospitality shown to us during this stay and HIGHLY recommend this hotel. You exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job. A special shout out to Amanda (front desk manager) and Steve who deserve special recognition. Thank you,
