I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The price is attractive, especially as it includes breakfast but the sanitation is deplorable. I recently brought a team of young hockey players to a tournament here. Our check-in experience was laborious (too few staff) and took hours. Several rooms were not clean upon arrival and no one was available to clean them. There were not even clean sheets available so patrons could change their own beds. In the evening I watched someone who had clearly had too much to drink throw up in the pool - there was clearly vomit in the water. I called all of our kids out of the pool and refused to let them swim further. I reported the situation to management. Despite reporting multiple times the pool was not closed to guests. They let the vomit circulate in the water until the regular night cleaning. Although management was responsive the next day to the concerns, they did not follow up with me or my team families as requested. …
Came where with my family and two small children. Before we could set up a play pen my baby found dog food on the floor from previous stay. Then we had a hockey team in our hall for the two nights we were there, they played hockey in the hall all hours of the night and slammed doors and ran around. Staff did absolutely nothing about it. Was the worst hotel experience yet and we will not be back.
Always clean, Easy check in and check out, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Good size pool and hot tub, Close to all your shopping needs. We choose this Motel every time we need a place to stay with family.
Our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The next room had a broken remote and they didn't fix it. Second day of staying I asked them to clean my room and housekeeping said no. So we slept on dirty bedding cause our dogs had to be walked in the swampy grass outside the room.
The beds were very comfortable the bedding was high quality the room and property were clean and well kept. The breakfast was included and having our eggs personally and individually was one of the highlights. The hurricane had no visible effect on this property.
We had a terrible stay. The pool was unusable, the room was well over 40 degrees and children got sick due to the heat. The a/c was not working in the hotel and there was no extra blankets or pillows available. We spoke to staff at the front desk regarding our stay and they offered no help. We submitted a complaint to the company and the manager called and said we were correct and he would issue a partial refund and for me to return his call. Which i did 10x. Left messages, and left messages with staff. I never received a call back or a refund. Worst hotel experience ive ever had
After an 18 hour day that included a visit to the hospital, a trip to the pharmacy, an 8 hour ferry ride and a five hour drive we arrived at the Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham Moncton for which we had a reservation made three weeks earlier. We were informed by the reception desk there was no reservation and there were no rooms available. After showing the desk clerk our confirmation on line, she finally admitted the leaning staff had walked out earlier in the day and the rooms weren’t clean. Over tired and feeling I’ll, we were left to find another place to stay at midnight. The desk clerk refused to help us find a place. We called a competitors hotel in the area. And while they didn’t have a room the clerk offered to make some calls. After half an hour she found a place for us for which we were thankful. Days Inn let us down in a big way and we will never stay at one of their hotels. We didn’t get to see their rooms but based on the dirty shoddy lobby and the worst parking lot I ever s saw we probably didn’t miss a thing.…
Customer service was 100% took good care of me after a bath tub clog issue. Great hot tub, pool for kids. Super clean and great staff! 100% recommended. Pillows were the only thing I would change. More support for neck would make sleeping better.
We stay at this hotel every time we are in Moncton as it is close to where we want to be - Magic Mountian!! The rooms are always crisp and clean, customer service associates are always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is always delish, love the omelette station and fresh hot pancakes among all the other options.
“Staffing shortages” didn’t allow us to check in until almost 7pm becuase room not ready. Flood in lobby at night. Not the fault of those that work there - very nice staff - management is clearly an issue.
