Excellent service, very clean, location perfect. I stay 7days with may family end it was everything perfect. The room it was clean, the beds are comfy . The river is so beautiful. Everything was fine. We will return!
The staff' service is terrible. The room we stayed is facing the street, and it was very noisy. When we requested to a quiet room, the staff said they can't do anything about it because we booked room through booking.com.
Check in was very quick and easy. There was lots of hand sanitizer available. The room was very clean and the king suite was very good size. The only complaint I would have with our stay would be the TV programming and internet was so slow we shut it off on our phones.
Me and my girlfriend decided to go on a one night vacation in Moncton. Since we haven't slept at the Chateau since they did renovations to it, we decided to give it a try. I've got a deluxe room on the 5th floor. I like this place cause it's well located and rooms are spacious. Beds are also comfy. The refresh they did to the rooms is great. Room was really clean and staff is friendly. If you don't sleep hard, I suggest you take a room on the river side instead of the street side as it is quieter. Only little thing that disappointed me a bit was the breakfast, they use to have one the best hotel breakfast buffet in Moncton but this time, we had to choose between 2 different sandwiches. These changes probably got into places because of Covid. The sandwiches were good tho. To conclude this review, I've enjoyed my night, I recommend this hotel for couples. It is a relaxing place. I won't pay more to sleep especially at this hotel, but if I go back on a couple vacation and I can get a room at about the same price as the comparables. I will go there again!…
Very clean, wonderful staff, and very close to all things touristy. The street side is a little loud because of the traffic so if you like quiet, try the river side. But lovely boardwalk in the back. And lots of restaurants near by.
