I have stayed at hundreds of different hotels and this is by far the best I have stayed at. Amazing staff, very clean facilities. I especially enjoyed that shortly after checking in, they contacted me to make sure that the room was up to standards and if I needed anything to not hesitate to contact them. The quality of the rooms is very well thought out and designed. I would highly recommend staying with them. Well done.

We arrived at around 7:30 pm, and the front desk attendant was helpful in suggesting dinner locations still open. Our room was clean and typical. The tv in our first room was broken, and we wanted to watch Olympic trials, so they moved us across the hall. The workout room was fine, but you have to pick up an additional key from the front desk to work everything in it. Breakfast was included and tasty. Parking was for a fee but was easy to find.

This hotel will not disappoint!
Great location downtown Moncton. Next to the Hockey Stadium.
Hotel is new with pool, 2 restaurants, bar in lobby, fresh coffee, treat pantry and the breakfast is very very good.
Parking is $16/day but very easy and convenient to use with a scan in/out gate with parking behind the hotel.
Pool and Gym area are new and perfect.
We had a family of five with 2 dogs! Room had 2 queen beds and a living area with a full pull out couch. Lots of room. Comfy beds and nice big TV!
We will be back next visit over from PEI!
P.S - Gluten free options and labeled in the breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Moncton. The front desk staff was helpful & friendly and the property was in excellent condition. The small gym had everything you need for a good workout and the parking lot could accommodate our van, which is difficult sometimes in a downtown location. The hotel also offered a nice overnight bike storage. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. My wife and I ate at the restaurant inside the hotel, Carraba's. The dining experience was excellent and the food was delicious. Recommend making reservations if you wish to dine in the evening. Our trip was for two nights to do some shopping and to get away for the weekend. Moncton does not disappoint.
Had a few complaints about our stay.
Pool was unheated; cold for September.
Pillows were terrible, bring your own.
TV required Chromecast paid subscription to view your own streaming services.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Moncton.
The rooms were spacious and although there is a bit of traffic noise you can’t hear people next door or in the hallways. Breakfast was good, something for everyone and they kept things filled up.

We stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights. This was to visit family and attend a concert at the Moncton Casino. The hotel is very well kept and modern. The room was very clean and nothing was out of place. Staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here as the location is within walking distance of the Avenir Centre, restaurants and night clubs. We will be back!

The booking process is awful. Make sure you press 0 to acrually speak to the hotel representative and not follow the prompts to reservations. The front desk was very unhelpful in this experience, saying there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.

We had a relatively unsatisfactory experience, especially given how pleased we were with our previous Hyatt experiences. We stayed at the downtown Hyatt for two nights, here are the pros first: the staff was very friendly and responsive. Explained to us everything we needed to know and were helpful as much as they could. Room was clean and as expected for Hyatt standards.
The cons:
They charged 14$ a day for parking, while the hotel location isn’t necessarily being in the most crowded area in town. I’ve redeemed Hyatt points for stays a ton of times but this was the first time a Hyatt Place hotel charged me for parking.
The AC system is broken. Our stay was during Thanksgiving time so it has turned quite chilly in evening. But we could never set our room to anything above 24 degree Celsius (roughly 75 F). What is worse, the AC constantly stops working and drops below 23. Hotel staff told us that it’s a maintenance issue and could not be resolved anytime soon. They did offer us some thin blankets and quilts but we still felt quite cold at night. I turned out okay but my girlfriend caught a bad cold during the stay mainly because of this and it greatly hindered our further plans.
Therefore this was a relatively unsatisfactory stay according to what we normally expect out of a Hyatt property. I would not recommend this place as long as these issues are not resolved.

The Hyatt had friendly staff at every interaction, was easy to navigate, parking was handy (pricey, but the great breakfast that is included made up for it!) The room was modern, spacious and very clean. We were impressed. Can’t beat the location either.
