Booked the four points Sheraton in Moncton NB for a 1night stay through Bonvoy on July 18th,2024. Arrived at the hotel. The staff was very receptive. Told about the free wifi and the ability to get a morning buffet breakfast Up to 9:30 am in the onsite restaurant for $12.99. Went to our room and had a great night staying at the hotel. Our problem started in the morning as we went for breakfast. The “buffet” was more like a continental breakfast. Bread , muffins, coffee, juice, yogurt, no milk. Had to ask for a glass. The hot part of the meal was 2 covered ( stereo /water heated units that contained scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages and scalloped style potatoes. We made our toast, platted the eggs and sausages and asked if there was any bacon. We were told no. Returned to our table and started to eat. The meal was not hot and was not even warm. This is around 9:00 in the morning. I mentioned it to our server and asked if we could have them heated. She returned and said the chef would make up new plates for us. She then apologized and said it was her 3 rd day working there and had not noticed the stereo had burnt out and that is why the meal was cold. She replaced the stereo. We paid, left and mentioned it to the attendant at the hotel checkouts. We were then told that the restaurant is not owned by the hotel but leased out. She said she would pass along our experience to Mr Murphy and that he would be in touch with me. No response as of the 28 th.

Great comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze - the front desk staff greeted us warmly, had our keys ready, and offered to help with any questions. The rooms were spacious and had accessible bathrooms which my mom appreciated. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant that evening.
The only negative we had was breakfast at the hotel. There was a limited continental breakfast (egg dish, selection of breakfast pastries, juice, coffee) for $11.00 CD. It was expensive for the selection offered, especially considering that other hotels provide similar continental breakfasts as complimentary. One of our party asked for decaf coffee which never arrived despite the waitress telling us twice it was on the way.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again on another trip to Moncton!

Business trip and pleasure. Over the coarse of 1 week, recently our family stayed in a well equipped 1 bedroom suite, kitchen, nice bath, while 8 others had individual rooms. All where very comfortable and without incident. Everything was organized and ran smoothly. The suite, king bed was comfortable. Windows open slightly to get fresh air. And the pleasant staff took immediate care of any additions we required, or requests. Over the coming months we will stay at this hotel several times.

The bed smelt like the previous occupants perfume/lotion or something which is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!
The pull out couch was broken and the mattress in it completely worn out my 8 year old squished it down to the bars so we had to share the main bed, which defeated the point of me booking a suite over a reg room
heating system is unbearably loud and needs repair, so loud we had to shut it off So we could sleep or watch the tv that had nothing to watch

No alarm clock and No plugs by the bed to charge your phone,
kitchenette had no forks
Paid $60 extra when booking for 2 “full breakfasts” the sign at the restaurant said $12.99 when we went to eat, I was expecting a normal sit down and order restaurant breakfast for $60 but instead we got a continental breakfast no bacon, no milk, the eggs were so nasty I had to ask if they where eggs , my son who will eat anything said I’m not eating this and asked to go somewhere else no fruit, just some sausages, and wedges, mini pancakes and some poor representation of a egg with cheese in a warming tray it is absolutely horrible for the cost we wouldn’t eat it if it was free so ended up having to going else where for breakfast and ended up paying twice and wasted a go portion of our morning
I told all of this to the front desk when checking out, they where very apologetic and took my information to follow up but never received a call

The receptionists were very friendly and the lobby was very nice. The room was done up nice but was surprised to see there was no tub, although the stand up shower was very nice. There was a nice wardrobe with lots of room for my clothes and a couch which made sitting down to eat a lot easier. The digital thermostat made controlling the temp a breeze. The king size bed was a little lumpy and the pillows were really soft, I had to use 4 of them for support. There is lots of parking and a workout room. It also has a pantry with overpriced snacks and a new Italian restaurant. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced and pretty good. The one dinner i had there was overpriced and not very satisfying. I had the whiskey pork chop which was undercooked and the portions were small. Even though I opted for dessert I left there hungry and 100 bucks poorer. I did have 2 hard liquor drinks with it but it was still very pricey. Overall experience was pretty good though.

I picked this hotel because my boyfriend was in town the weekend before and his friends had picked this hotel. He mentioned it was very clean. During a pandemic I was, of course, very concerned about it being clean. We happened to get to town a little early and they had no problem with us checking in an hour early. The room was very clean. I wasn’t concerned at all. The beds were great. The bathroom was fantastic with a very modern stand up shower. We were on the first floor and I didn’t hear a thing. Not outside or in the halls. The front desk staff was very friendly. Looking around I could see that they were wiping things down often, and had wipes to clean the exercise equipment. There is no pool, but we booked this hotel knowing that. People should keep that in mind when booking instead of complaining later 😉 We would definitely stay here again, and even recommended it to my in-laws for when they make a stop in Moncton.

EXCELLENT! We arrived after a long drive and we were greeted by friendly smiles at the front desk. We were traveling with our dog and the two women working at the desk came around to meet Oliver and give him lots of loving.
The room was perfect size and very clean. Beds were comfy and we slept really well. The complementary bottles of water are always a nice touch.
I hit the hotel gym in the morning, also very clean. The treadmill was out of order. Not a huge deal though I just used the elliptical. Lots of towels and water in the gym.
On our way back from taking Oliver out in the morning, the room attendants on our floor all came to see Oliver and gave him good scratches which he loved.
The hotel is not walking distance to downtown, but if you have a vehicle it’s the perfect place to stay. Staff are awesome, beds are comfy, rooms are clean and parking is free.
Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has the best bang for your buck in all of the Greater Moncton area. You will be greeted by some of the friendliest guest services agents there is, before making your way up to your comfortable, quiet rooms.
I was there with my friend and we were not disappointed by the views our room on the fourth floor was offering. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset while sipping on HIS homemade bahama mamma! What a treat!!
The beds served multiple functions, and they were extremelly comfortable! After a long night out, there is nothing like sleeping on such a pleasant surface. The rooms were quiet, at least when we weren’t making noise.
My stay was exciting, fun, relaxing and enjoyable. The staff gets a 5 star review, and so does the hotel!! Will definitely be back!

The hotel is new, beautiful and clean. The room was great and the location is convenient as it’s close to the highway. My one complaint was I booked a King sized room 6 months in advance and when I arrived there was a car show in town so the front desk told me they only had rooms with two double beds. I understand overbooking but I had booked 6 months in advance. I found it a bit of bait and switch. Still a good hotel for the price and I’d stay here again.

Stayed two nights was clean and modern, but overpriced. No breakfast included, restaurant onsite is overpriced, shower had no water pressure, beds were lumpy, no pool, tons of rules for visiting hockey teams, none of which were enforced by hotel, vending machines didn’t work, housekeeping didn’t clean room, then I was treated like a diva guest because when I got back to the room at 4pm I asked to have the garbages emptied and the dirty towels to be changed out. They sent up someone who couldn’t understand why I would want the room cleaned when I was staying another day, and that he was going to do it even though it wasn’t his job. Will definitely be choosing a different hotel next time.
