This is a 'period' hotel, located in a historic building that dates from the 1930s (the 1920s original was badly damaged by fire). On the outside the tudor-style timberwork is all beautifully preserved, and the interior layout and some of the decor is also original....More

Our hotel is certainly older as you indicated, dating back to 1923.
The sprinklers are required and can save our “Heritage Structured Landmark”.

I have stayed at the Glynmill Inn many times and always get the government (academic rate). Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact cost but recall that it's just over $100. (but not by much) per night. There are cheaper... More
I have stayed at the Glynmill Inn many times and always get the government (academic rate). Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact cost but recall that it's just over $100. (but not by much) per night. There are cheaper places to stay, but given the central location and the charm, the Glynmill is well worth the price. I would not consider staying anywhere else.
