We would definitely stay here again! Our room was located on the main floor (Room 3). It was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was large with a claw foot rub/shower. The shower and toilet didn't have great pressure, but got the job done. Breakfasts have been great and we have enjoyed...

I feel like this place should be cheaper for what it is - but it's still good. I had a very large room and bathroom - both could have used some renovation but it wasn't a big problem and having the extra space was nice. It's nice to have a mix of continental + a surprise hot eggs+fish cakes. You...

I had to bounce around as the downtown was pretty booked. I stayed here too. The rooms I had was massive. I could have fit my condo in it. Second floor. Walk in closet. Double Jacuzzi tub. Sofa, desk and chairs. What an incredible place. Off street parking. A solid old mansion. Host was very quiet and very kind. Breakfast...

It is located in the center of the historic mansions properties at the intersection of Monkstown and Rennies Mill Road where they meet to start Prescott Street, the central North Street of downtown St. John's. I had a car, which I left parked except for work related meetings. They offer private off street parking directly behind the house, which is...

We love this B & B. John was very helpful and keeps this lovely hotel very clean. It is very close to downtown St. John's and can easily be walked. The area is very nice and safe. Will be defiantly staying here again for sure.

I wonder if some reviewers were talking about some different property. The property was far beyond the norm of any Bed and Breakfast I have ever stayed in. The bedroom ceilings were at least ten feet high. The room was quite large and spacious and quiet. Everything was clean and QUIET. Location could not have been better, crest of the...

Great location - you can walk almost anywhere in St John's from here. I had a huge room, very comfy with a fab, footed bath tub that I could lie down flat in. Very quiet at night, about a 10 minute walk to Sobeys and lots of restaurants. Staff are very helpful.

We arrived at Cabot House early afternoon, and we were a bit surprised there was no reception. However there was a note indicating what number to call, which we did and were relieved to hear that our arrival was expected, and that we would be called when the room was ready. We parked our car round the back (seemed to...

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was huge and the bed was VERY comfy. Parking is limited but I never had issues. I had a beautiful claw foot tub as well as a mini fridge in my room which was great. The hosts were not very present so if you are looking for that B&B experience where you are...
