What you excpet in a Sheraton: Nice, large rooms, nice (if pricey for the area) restaurant on site. And good breakfast buffet. It's at the edge of the touristy area, so some walking is required to go to nearby restaurants.

If you are staying with the hotel for conferences etc, they will provide voucher for parking. This is to discourage others who are not guests of hotel to park in its parking lot which is right next to downtown.
