Staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was absolutely gorgeous and the outside balcony was an unexpected bonus. Both the hotel and my room were sparkling clean. My room was well lit and having the option to open the door or window during the day to let fresh air in the room was appreciated. One of my only complaints is the "breakfast" that's served. I went downstairs the first morning I was there. Breakfast options included juice boxes, digestive cookies, granola bars, muffins (very tiny) and clementines that were roughly the side of a golf ball. Every other hotel I've stayed at that had a "continental breakfast" included had some protein filled options (yogurt, cheese, milk, etc.), cereal options (hot and cold), a variety of fruit and in some places even toast. Oh, and coffee...there's always coffee and tea! This was a major disappointment for me because I was in town to study for/write an exam and I specifically chose a hotel with breakfast included to maximize my study time there...and also so I could have a nice, filling meal before my exam. I opted to pop to Sobey's to get some oatmeal and yogurt for myself and didn't even go downstairs the 2nd, 3rd or 4th morning I was there. A place to sit down and eat breakfast (other than your room) would have also been a nice addition, everything was set up on a small table next to the check-in desk. The location is not the most convenient if you're planning on spending time downtown or in Airport Heights area but great for Costco trips and shopping around Paradise. Another minor inconvenience was the fact that the ice machine was on the main level, meaning anyone on the second floor has to go downstairs just for ice.

Really appreciated the friendly welcome and the nearly brand new hotel. Too bad there is no dining room, but the box lunch style breakfast got us on the road. The location is on the outskirts of St. John's with quick access to main arteries.

Room was spacious, clean., and lots of towels . We had a pet friendly room but except for a few scratches on the door we would not have known we were in the pet friendly room.(we did have our dog with us). The only unprofessional thing I saw was that while the front desk clerk was answering a question for me the manager was in her office yelling at the clerk to do something rather then coming out of the office and saying excuse me. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Melissa in housekeeping thank you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and most certainly will stay there again.

We stayed one night towards the end of our trip before heading to the airport . Clean renovated rooms , friendly staff , rooms on ground floor open on the inside and outside of building makes it easy to unload if you have a lot of laugagge . Good Breakfast offeres pancakes , hot breakfast items , good coffee and more . Friendly manager , they ran out of pancake dough so when we asked he went and got it himself and make a pancake for our family member who asked , nice gesture :) - hotel in more industrial business area about 15 min drive from downtown .

We stayed with our family in July, for 5 nights. It was about 15 minute drive from the airport but worth the drive. The motel and rooms were clean and newly renovated. We took advantage of the daily breakfast and free laundry services. There were tons of parking and we got a room that we could park right outside our door, which made it great for packing/unpacking the vehicle. There was a great steak house within a minute walk, that they gave us a discount as we were staying at Crossroads! Overall, a great experience and would recommend to others.

We stayed 5 nights in June, The manager offered us a free room upgrade, and even if he hadn't, the rooms, halls, everything is brand new, and so clean. The manager stopped and treated everyone like his personal guest, asking about our day, and if we needed anything. Breakfast was better than other motel buffets, kept so clean, and everything was fresh and tasty. Sausage, thin lean bacon, fresh made waffles, scrambled eggs with all the side fixings. Always plenty of tables cleaned off and ready. Having free laundry room was such a plus, never a wait. I can't imagine ever finding a nicer place to stay. Also loved the fresh ice water with lemon next to the elevators, how refreshing. THANK YOU for doing such a wonderful job of making our vacation great.
