Location is perfect - walking distance to nearly everything in St, John's. Ann is a warm and loving person. She has a lot to take care of with two houses. The house is very clean. Breakfast is very ordinary. We had microwaved pancakes one day and microwaved omelet another. They were freshly made but had been done earlier and rewarmed....

Great central location, comfortable beds, friendly host with good connections and suggestions for activities and dining. The breakfasts are mediocre. The pancakes were under cooked. No fresh fruit. Only 4 different breakfast she rotates among.

We spent two nights in this lovely B&B. It's in what they call a "jelly bean" house (row houses painted brilliant colours) and is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's location is perfect - near downtown attractions and walking distance to Signal Hill. Anne is a friendly and welcoming host...would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for 12 days in July/15. Ann and her staff went out of their way to ensure that our visit was memorable and comfortable. The room was beautiful with a lovely view of the harbour. We did not have to rent a car and were able to access everything from this great downtown location. Breakfasts were delicious and lively...

This accommodation is all about the location. It's in the perfect spot to reach any part of downtown St. John's. Lovely people run this B&B. Super helpful with lots of advice and recommendations for things to see and places to go. A clean, tidy and comfortable room and ensuite. Also a lovely simple breakfast with the chance to meet and...

My mother and I travelled to St. John's from July 15 - 18/15 to visit my daughter who is studying and living in the city for the summer. On previous visits, I have stayed in other spots close by but this was by far the best - we had a wonderful time due in part to our lovely accommodations, Ann's...

Were guaranteed main floor. Had to hike upstairs. No meat at breakfast. Eggs or pancakes. Depends on the day. Stayed 2 nights and room not made up or face clothes replaced or trash emptied. Lovely people and clean. Within walking distance of everything. Not motorcycle friendly parking. Very steep roads. Parked bikes farther away than we like on the street...

This is a perfect location if you want to be in central downtown St John's. The building has been recently renovated and is beautiful inside. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Ann and Anne were terrific hostesses and very helpful in making our stay in St John's a memorable one. The pancake breakfast was wonderful. Thanks

Great Newfoundland hospitality and a unique opportunity to stay in one of St. John's colorful row houses. We had a large room in the top floor of the adjoining house on the corner with a view down to the harbor. Great location adjacent to commercial center. Hosts are very interested in offering advice on activities in the area.

We stayed her for three nights in total, two at the beginning of our two weeks in Newfoundland and our last night before our flight home. Our initial reaction was that people could not genuinely be this friendly - being Londoners and perhaps too cynical. We soon established that this was Newfoundland, but even then the staff at the Narrows...
