The hotel is very much showing its age. As a hotel that advertises as suite/apartment style rooms, the kitchen utensils (cookware, plates, glasses, etc) is minimal and very cheap feeling. Rooms are generally quiet; the hotel is a mix of apartments and hotel rooms. There is a "continental breakfast" that consists of breads, cold cereal, packages of instant oatmeal, some...

Excellent service overall, I would recommend the Coast Fraser Tower in Yellowknife, NT. Service was excellent, the view from the room was excellent, free breakfast and coffee was fantastic. The value for the room was excellent, room was very clean and huge.

This hotel is ok if you have a family and want to self cater. The breakfast attendant could do with a course in customer service. I asked if there was any butter to be told it was frozen and had to be "dethawed " with that she walked off to have a chat with someone at reception. The kitchen in...

Very good service, location and cost effectiveness for overall hotel. As usual the staff took very good care of us. We do appreciate them all. I would recommend that folks look into asking about the renovated rooms to stay in. These would be the rooms higher up from the ground floor.

There in January for Business (2nd stay here): Competitive rate, 2nd time I've had a 4 room unit (kitchenette, bathroom, living room, bedroom) so I assume all suites are similar, if not bigger. somewhat distant from Downtown (10m walk), but great view of the surrounding area hills and causeways.. No kitchen on site, but a communal dinner/breakfast are offered at...

Our two bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable however it was let down by the cleaning on our arrival. The dining table had not been wiped down and had sticky spill marks all over it also there was an exploded can of beer in the freezer. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the cover on the one of...

Came here as a family of 5 and booked 2 bedrooms, both with one king sized bed, a washroom with a bath tub and kitchenette. The hotel is good if you really want a kitchenette because it does have a full sized fridge, freezer, microwave, stove and oven. The rooms are larger than your average room too. However the items...

We were offered a smoking room instead of non smoking room. It smelled terrible and the housekeeper wasn‘t available to help either. We were very disappointed. Luckily, the smell went away after we had the window open while we went out for the aurora light hunting.

I was in YK for one night so this was far more space than I needed but it was nice to spread out and have separate spaces for sleep, work and eating. The suite looked more like a one-bedroom apartment than a hotel but it was sufficient and clean. The lobby was getting a renovation when I was there and...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights last week. First impression wasn't that great. Outside and the Lobby were like a cheap rental place. Staff was friendly but did not got check-in until 3 pm, so we were out in the -27c cold, because they were renovating the lobby. However, when we eventually got to our room, a Superior...
