We were disappointed in the cleanliness. Especially after covid 19 crisis. We found someone's tshirt and random pistachios under the sofa when we hit the recline button. Dozens of large ants all over the area rug. My daughter woke up with a tick in her back we had to remove. We stayed 2 nights and no one came to tidy up or change out towels. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a nice hotel. Definitely wont be going back.

The location of this motel was not bad right near the motorway. the units look average from the outside,bu we found the room clean and not a bad size. It had a microwave, fridge and coffee making in the room, a table and 2 chairs if you want to eat in. The Breakfast area was in the main building. continental breakfast adequate but not great, not a place I would go back to.

The little cottage was sweet and roomy and previous reviews lead us to believe this was an excellent choice. But owners have changed and so has quality and cleanliness. We had numerous issues including a fridge not cleaned, crumbs on the rugs, a dirty Kleenex wad in the bathroom and we couldn’t get the TV to work. On the deck we found an uncleaned bbq and utensils, a garbage full of clam shells and juice swarming with flys and an ashtray full of cigarettes. The continental breakfast with a very minimal food selection and not appealing. On the bright side we received help immediately when asked and staff were friendly enough. Still I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

We stayed here a few years ago and the cottages were tiny, but adequate and nicely turned out with everything you needed in small kitchenette. This return trip, to be three nights, was an awful shock. The place had been emptied if any previous charm to be replaced by musty, disgusting dirty furniture that sink to nearly floor level when you dared to sit on it. Just gross. We had to stay because there was literally no other place to book. Honestly, you would be better off camping in Islands Park nearby and staying in your car. These new owners need to smarten up. At least buy some new furniture. It is like they picked it all up at the side of the road. The musty smell was overwhelming. I really think that a curtain or table cloth was being used for a bed cover - !!! The blanket was like something from a second hand store - washed a million times and hopelessly pathetic. What a joint. The ‘utensils’ in the kitchen in a plastic tray could have been gathered from a church basement sale - a pike of junk. In the ad for these cottages it describes them as ‘luxury’ - please! The electrical in the cottage other family members are staying is hanging out of the wall as someone left a picture of last year!! I waffle between being pissed off and laughing because it was so terrible. And we too were offered a pittance if a discount. Do your self a favour and skip this place. We are all travellers hoping for an adequate place to stay at the end of road travel - to have been marooned there was a total insult to us and our pocket books. We came to visit family in town and that is the one and only reason we stuck it out...hostages in a dump!

We stayed in a one bedroom cottage. It was not fancy, but nice, tidy and clean. Breakfast was decent and breakfast dining room was clean.... Staff were friendly and helpful. Oh, and the pool was warm!
