Do not stay here. The rooms are not as described. There is no parking. If you have any concerns with your stay, they are extremely unhelpful. They are poor at communicating, and unprofessional. We were not provided the accommodations we had booked, and when we told this to the check-in desk, they essentially told us "that's too bad, we can't do anything about it". They were unable to help us with finding alternative accommodations. They were unable to help process any kind of refund or anything. We were told "there's a good chance of you getting a refund if you call back on Monday when my supervisor is in". This all happened on a Sunday. We had to find somewhere else to stay at huge additional cost. When Monday rolled around, the supervisor was extremely combative. We were never given our full refund, and ended up having to pay for services not provided.

I would skip this place. They have no indications where to go on the campus for registration. Hot water takes forever to get to the faucets. My room was hot.
I tried calling to make a reservation and get direction to the office but never got an answer. When I finally got there, the receptionist had large headphones on which is likely what prevented her from hearing the phone ringing. Instead of an apology, I got an endless series of excuses which I did not believe.
When I shared my observations to the manager the morning after, she did not seem to care and never offered any apologies.
Poor customer experience and expensive stay for what they offer.

I visited Acadia's campus and was shocked to see how run-down and tired the campus, landscaping and the buildings look. There were a couple of exceptions like the KC Irving building but as I toured buildings I used to take classes in, I was taken aback to see plaster falling off walls and ceilings and how old and worn the rugs and furnishings were. Walkways and curbs were crumbling and falling apart with potholes everywhere. Acadia used to be such a beautiful and well maintained campus but it embarrassing when compared to universities in the US and Europe.
