Just don't. The rooms are ok. The sauna is broken. The pool is freezing. We asked about these things, they said there are technical issues. Wow! Bullcrap! Pool is 70 degrees. Hypothermic. My kids wouldn't even go in the pool. This place is a joke.

As someone that works in the industry I couldn't stay here and not warn others. First it started with us being checked in to a room that already had guests staying in it. Our room was dirty. Dead bugs all over the place like an old cottage. The whole place needs work, they seem to just paint over the problems and not actually fix anything. And staff doesn't do anything about excessively loud guests. I'm writing this at midnight from my room and there are guests shouting right outside my window in the courtyard and in the hallway. Checkout cannot come soon enough and I won't be staying here again when I'm back in Sydney in 2 weeks.

I rented a large suite with a hot tub a month in advance, they called me up 6pm the night before the booking to tell me the room was unavailable, they put me in a "Business King" which was a tiny room with a king bed, not even comparable, I was still charged the same price though. They made is sound as it just was not going to have the hot tub on the phone. They had "breakfast" in the lobby in the morning. It was basically a kids lunch bag with a juice box and a cereal bar. Everything in the hotel was "closed due to covid". Seriously go anywhere else.

All in all you shouldn't waste your money, spend the 10 $ more and stay next door. Hotel needs some serious upgrades, stinky room. Our room had some serious drainage problems and not very sound proof. The water pressure in the shower and sink is very low. Restaurant or pool isn't open and your bagged lunch is very disappointing.

Recently booked a room here ... there were some other quite promising reviews so hoped for the best. I should have took warning at the cheap fall deal ($89 plus tax) Perhaps the pair of men’s underwear on the floor in the corridor just past the desk may have been another clue. Our room was dingy, smelled musty, paint chipped everywhere. I found a long hair in the bed - gross. Thankfully there was a second in the room that seemed ok. The corridor was noisy well into the night. All in all - not a great sleep and was anxious to leave in the am. Perhaps there is another more updated section to this hotel - if so, choose it. What I experienced is in bad need of a makeover & a deep clean.
