The service at this hotel is amazing! I was treated like a VIP and would come back in a heart beat. I travel a lot for work and most hotels have good customer service but this one was a cut above. Maybe it's the Haligonian way but it seemed to me that the service went above

A last minute decision to stay in the city and we were not disappointed. A very nice room for a great price. The noon time check out time adds to the relaxation factor! Perfect for visiting the Market!

The Westin is a beautiful newly-renovated hotel, with a great hot breakfast and many activities nearby (Discovery museum, Pier 21, etc.). The staff at the door, at the desk, and those serving breakfast were so kind, we all felt so welcomed wherever we went! Thank you especially

Perfect place for a night away with the kids. Staff were very welcoming from the front desk staff to the valet parking. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was on the smaller side but it did the trick. Would be happy to stay here again sometime.

I was here on business. The room was expensive, considering they were poorly planned out. Crammed bathroom. Conference food lacked variety and was not of a high quality. There are better options than this in Halifax.

Watching the sunrise from the harbour view side!
Call Room Service. They will send it right up. All the restaurants are tied to room service. You receive a menu and what is available and when for room service in the room. If you have questions, just ring the desk. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

What's the difference between Traditional and Premium room?
I can't answer that question, it's best to contact the hotel, I'm sure they would be happy to answer your questions! Sorry I couldn't help

Just call the desk and talk to the staff. The Westin Nova Scotian is one of the friendliest best hotels around. As far as breakfast is concerned, or any other order, there is a list in the room and you just pick up the phone and order whatever you wish from the menus provided by the restaurants in the hotel. By the way, The Elements on Hollis is an outstanding restaurant with a Canadian Chef who is outstanding. The bar is also a great place to have drinks and order a casual meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I agree with Ryan . . . ask for rooms facing the water but also need to be on upper floors for the best view.

What is the fee for parking?
It is 18 dollars per day and the parking lot is terrible. The hotel as a whole is below par in my opinion so if you want some input I'd stay elsewhere.
