Bitten multiple times, washroom had no toilet paper or hand towel.
Reported to staff and they made a brief apology with no offering of a refund.
Place overall was pretty unsanitary and more shabby than sheek!

I believe so. In the USA, 18 is considered an adult while 21 is the legal drinking age. Not sure how that all works in Canada but with alcohol not being sold/ served on the premises, I don't see why you would have a problem... More
