I only wish to echo much of what others have already said. We visited over the American Thanksgiving weekend, arriving late evening, and were warmly greeted by Elizabeth. We stayed in the smaller room, but the one with the luxurious bathtub, and were completely comfortable. The Pebble is conveniently close to downtown Halifax, and Elizabeth helpfully provided maps and advice...

My husband and I checked in to The Pebble B&B on a cold and rainy December afternoon. As soon as we were greeted at the door by Liz, we were transported to a warm and welcoming oasis! It is difficult to pin point the favorite part of our stay. There were so many lovely touches, including the warm and cosy...

My brief visit to Halifax was made very comfortable by Elizabeth and her lovely family home. The accommodations were very comfortable, immaculate and tastefully luxurious. Many thanks for a memorable home away from home.

The location of this B & B is set in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood. The accommodations were absolutely immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! But what makes this B&B special is the host Elizabeth. She made us feel like family, and we were honestly sad to leave. My husband and I travel extensively, and found this to...

Location is in a residential area just a few steps up from North West Arm, a real bonus in view and quietness. The B&B has two suites, both are large, well designed and well appointed. We stayed three nights. Our host, Elizabeth assisted us with restaurant recommendations, attractions and points of interest in the area. Guest have access to the...

Liz was a delightful host. The accommodations were immaculate! We stayed in the room called The Pebble, which had a super fluffy bed and the most beautiful bathroom, complete with deep bathtub equipped with jets. We enjoyed all of our breakfasts, and Liz was kind enough to recommend activities for us in Lunenburg and Peggy's Cove as we continued on...

When we arrived at 7pm on Sept 22, Elizabeth welcomed us in and invited us to sit in her kitchen with her. She made us coffee and went above and beyond by giving us a light snack of cheese and crackers (yummy Hovis ones!) with grapes. Being originally from England ourselves, we loved the AGA stove! The house/bedroom was spotless...

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights at The Pebble in a lovely part of Halifax overlooking the North West Arm of the Harbour. Our host, Liz Carroll, was just wonderful. She made us feel really at home and nothing was too much trouble if it would make our stay more enjoyable. The house is beautifully kept with attention...

We arrived in a new city after a very long day unsure of what to expect at The Pebble. As Elizabeth, the charming, competent host with incredible verve would now interject: Well, get on with it! We were met by Elizabeth, given a tour, shown our beautiful room, with pillow top bed, large comfortable bathroom and outside deck and were directed...
