We made the most of our 2 days by arriving early to do Tree Top Trekking which was a lot of fun and well organized, even though we got there with a large corporate group, everything went very smoothly. We spent the latter part of the afternoon at the Vetta Spa, the facilities were excellent and a variety of relaxation options. We had dinner at the Roadhouse on the property, steak sandwich was really good and ribs were on for $19 great deal!, it was lively in there with another large group that were golfing. We spent the night in comfortable beds and then finished our getaway by playing 12 holes of golf on the course on site, it was challenging and enjoyable. I highly recommend Horseshoe Resort.

Arrived the power was out, lighting in parking lot and building were horrible. Not safe what's so ever. Little lighting in hallways but needed to use phone to provide further lighting. Rooms were completely dark. Had to go back and ask for flashlight. Food good, rooms not good. Not very clean and needs to be upgraded. New furniture.

I stayed at the resort for a three day training session. Although I did not get to appreciate the full use of the facilities, the resort is a great place and for the price, the rooms are really, really nice.

We went to a wedding at horseshoe valley. The wedding was great but the accommodations were not so great. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The condos are dated and need updating to make them worth the price being charged.

Although the rooms are adequate, there was one very old restaurant open for dinner. The activity areas are in need of updates. Very few free activities despite paying a resort fee. The resort look’s unkempt. Let's be clear, the Lake Horseshoe is really a pond.

We are horseshoe valley timeshare owners. We played one round of golf. The course itself was in good condition but cart paths are horrible and some sand traps had a lot of stones in them. I understand that plans are to return to eighteen holes. A pile of money will have to be spent to make it compare to the two nearby courses.

The women who checked us in had provided much information which was lovely and very helpful. The next day we asked the attendant at the check in desk a question and she refused to answer and said we must go to the guest service counter. After walking over to the guest service building and asking a question about a service they provide (complimentary shuttle to vetta) and the guest service attendant not knowing. I was turned the phone to make the phone call my self. After the call went directly to voicemail she shrugged her shoulders. The hotel was nice and clean but the poor customer service would be my main reason for not returning.

I would not recommend this overpriced resort that seems to try and squeeze the most it can for the experiences it provides. Not a welcoming attitude from most of the indifferent staff and facilities that are tired and need some upgrading.

We spent 3 days at the Horseshoe Resort with our 2 young kids (5 & 6). We had a wonderful trip. The kids loved all the activies - we could have easily stayed longer. Food and vibe were wonderful. Staff were all so friendly and accomodating. Highy recommend

Staff very nice, but the facilities in need of repair and the outside services and ground need alot or work. It looks like an abandoned facility in many areas. Broken fixtures to left over construction material to poor grounds keeping. Golf greens looks nice but thats as far as you get.
