We were in the City of Bellville for my son's hockey tournament. We drove down a day before the tournament started so we could be well rested up for the games starting the next day. We were greeted by a wonderful front desk administrator and her mother. They had checked both my son and myself in with ease. They gave us the run down on the hotel, where the pool was, and what time breakfast would be available. From there we had headed to our room. We were on the 3rd floor. Our room had two massive queen beds, with a nice size tv, a desk with chair if you had to work, along with a mini fridge and microwave. Perfect for a traveling family. The 4 nations final game between Canada and the USA was on that night and the front desk administrator had allowed us to watch the game in the lobby. As well she had clear a space for the kids to play mini sticks with their two hockey nets. We were at the County Inn and Suites for 4 days and 3 nights, and I have to say it was a pleasant stay. Raman, was responsible for room service, cooking, cleaning and much much more. Anytime we needed anything like extra soaps, towels for the room or the pool, and a couple of extra pillows, Raman was there for us. The kids enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the morning which really helps when you have to be at the rink bright and early. Saved us time each morning and we are grateful we choose your hotel for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking of staying in Bellville. It is so close to all of the restaurants and the arenas that you cannot go wrong. Thanks again County Inn, we will definitely be back soon.

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn & Suites Belleville. The accommodations, cleanliness and friendly helpful staff were all outstanding!

The attention to detail is evident everywhere. Their unique measures with regard to the security, safety and comfort of their guests, as well as their policy to ensure a peaceful, quiet stay were effective and truly appreciated.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the selection of hot food in the breakfast buffet. Don't miss it!

We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

We had initially booked at the hotel for a night, loved how clean the hotel and the room looked and just extended our stay for another night immediately after check in. We booked the extension through our rewards app since the staff at reception quoted a higher price and later when we requested for the extension, said king bed room is not available for the next day and to speak to the Manager in the morning. We didn’t wait and booked the book for an additional night through the app. The breakfast is basic, standard on each day, the timing of the breakfast varies depending if you are there on a weekday or weekends. Room was spacious, clean, well maintained. We were apprehensive as we were travelling in off season just after COVID, the hotel surprised us with its cleanliness. Check in was smooth so was the check out. All amenities like swimming pool, gym, etc were open. The hotel was using disposable utensils which was great since we could have breakfast in our room and not in the breakfast area if we felt too lazy! Hotel offers free parking! Well located, easy connectivity to 401. Overall extremely satisfied with the service and the hotel!

Newer hotel in area so fairly clean, moderate furnishing and amenities offered. We travel frequently but don't honestly use this hotel chain so thought we would try it out.
We booked hotel as it was advertised on there website as "pet friendly" and we were travelling with our small crated cat. When we went to check in the young lady at desk told us there was a $30/nite pet charge and when we asked about the charge, an old unpleasant man who ubruptly informed us "its on website, its listed! " We have no problem with paying it had it been list on site or told verbally when I phoned several weeks earlier to confirm our reservation. No transparency here. I mean if you are going to charge a $90 + taxes pet fee, be upfront about it, like most hotels do . Website clearly says pet friendly and further says "ask at hotel for details" no such inflated charge listed under policies either. Honestly seems like a money grab.
We checked in and were pleasantly suprised with decor and clean looking appearance of hotel as a whole.
We got settled into our room early afternoon and accomodations seemed decent, nice layout of suite but walls are paper thin and could hear kids screaming and banging walls and a couple of dogs barking across the hall nearly non-stop our entire visit. Air conditioner leaked and our carpet was wet in front of unit all 3 days. We let front desk know, they didnt come to repair. Towels and bedding had some wear and staining. Bed seemed comfortable to sit on but both of us woke up with sore backs each morning unfortunately.
The " hot breakfast" advertised was sadly another big dissapointment. We were here three mornings, EXACT SAME cold egg looking omellettes, microwaved pork sausage links, uncooked hashbrowns, they also had boiled eggs in a bowl and mushy fruit salad both un-refrigerated, same exact breakfast served all three days! Coffee was good actually and they did have fresh bagels and some cereal. The young lady working area was always busy filling the dishes constantly, there was lots of stuff in bowls just nothing most would enjoy
Didn't use the pool but it looked decent.
Lotsa good local restaurants within walking distance to support and enjoy.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights this week.
Unlikely we would stay here again or recommend.

Was in town for grandson’s hockey tournament. Made reservations a couple of weeks prior for 1 king sized bed. Was travelling alone. Reserved for Friday and Saturday. On the Monday before arrival I phoned to see if I could get a room with 2 queen beds..(initially sent e mail a few days prior to phoning and no response..) 2 queens as my brother might come from 2 hours east…was told room was available, but would be $50 more per night…I passed. As grandsons team was in semis, on check out I said I might return for a room for that night. Came back after 3 to get a room…was given a room for handicapped…on the Sunday probably 25% occupancy….one would need detailed instructions to work the shower…I was unable to figure out…message light on phone was flashing on arrival..tried to take message , ..message was from September…but was only a dual tone, not able to delete…light continued flashing…the breakfast buffet included was lukewarm at best. ..I would not return or recommend. I did not present my story to staff as damage was done.

Positives: they were courteous and brought me Kleenex and toilet paper that’s low in inventory. Very clean room (Room 404 and Room 316). The house keeping did an excellent job, spotless everywhere, it’s a great room so I tipped double. Spacious. The lobby was pleasant. The lobby tile floor all the way to the elevator was slippery, perhaps they just clean it. Easy parking. Working toilet, amenities all prepared in proper position in the room.

Negatives: Phone landlines seemed to get through the front desk or housekeeping, I had to use my own phone. They were kids/baby crying in room 403. I asked Tarum to change the room for me. He did not take actions to speak with Room 403 as he promised nor answering if two other options, he offered either Room 316 or Room 205 would be quieter? He said the hotel is full but I haven’t seen it being fully booked, then he then changed the story saying available rooms have different room types. Kept on changing, that could come across as inconsistent and dishonest. Later, he agreed to move me to Room 316.
Tarum handled things with smiles so that’s positive attitude during this process.

Soundproof between rooms can be weak, can hear neighbors if they weak up early.

Other info:
The room’s landline phone works but no one answered. Whenever I called, there was no one answer. I had to call with my mobile phone, and when that happens, it turned into a 3G network which is odd, this is Canada, a developed country with mostly 4G or even 5G network. This property's WiFi and phone situation can be complicated.

Housekeeping does an excellent job on both rooms I encountered.

Had the hotel provide consistent and honest answers and did what they said they would do instead of going back and forth multiple times, this hotel would have earned even higher rating.

They charged $400 a night for 2 nights' stay (check in Sat. Aug. 5, check out Mon. Aug. 7.
It seems that was the absolute last room available, and as I had to be in town, I reluctantly reserved.

At the last minute on Saturday, they offered an 'upgrade' to a 'suite' with a King Sized bed. Not sure how they found this room after I booked the last one available.

The room was awkward, and not overly pleasant. The TV in front of the bed is small and placed low on the cabinet, lower than the bed. You can't prop yourself up to be able to watch it properly either because the pillows are absurdly big but extremely soft. The bed is nothing worth mentioning.

The cabinet door holding the fridge/microwave needs to be fixed.

If there is a safety box, I was unable to find it.

The breakfast is OK, but please, improve the omelets, they are awful and look like they were extruded in a plastic factory, and thrown into a microwave.

The staff overall is friendly.

Very disappointed in being robbed $400 a night for a very mediocre stay.

This hotel seems 'newer'; it was very clean, we were very satisfied with everything. It's COVID, so we wore masks, there were hand sanitizer stations throughout, limitation of 2 people in elevators. Breakfast to go, they really made an effort. We were very impressed that the hotel adapted so well to COVID. Even the remote control and the coffee maker in the room were wrapped in plastic to show (I guess) that they had been cleaned! Kudos to this Country Inn & Suites!

Using my TD Rewards points, I booked three rooms for our three families from Ottawa and Etobicoke, so we could all enjoy a little time together, meeting halfway between us. With 6 adults, 3 boys under 11, and a tiny 4 lb dog, we were made to feel like we were at home. The family with the dog requested room on the main floor to make it easier to take Meka out. The indoor pool was enjoyed by the boys and their fathers and not cold. Breakfast available in AM had generous window of opportunity and very ample hot and cold hotel breakfast. Cleanliness was evident everywhere. Management at front desk xeroxed some things for us and were extremely helpful. Huge parking lot with nice Italian Restaurant next door. We went early and it was a very obvious popular place. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome. Nice business oriented area and games for the children, such as Battleship, Sorry, card games.
