We stayed here during our drive home from Toronto. Just looking for a place to sleep and get back on the road. The gentlemen at the front desk who greeted us at 230 am was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Wish we were staying longer!

Very well-maintained property, with great customer service. Definitely great value at this location...and a great location at that! The breakfast had very good options, and we're looking forward to the pool later.

Excellent customer service at check in after 10 pm the lady was friendly efficient quick. Then saw her again cooking breakfast the next morning acknowledged us. Good selection hot breakfast; maybe add a hot chocolate option for those who do not drink caffeine, but cleanliness of common areas, diningroom and hotel room great! Pillows not so comfy but all in all would definately stay again

Was in town for grandson’s hockey tournament. Made reservations a couple of weeks prior for 1 king sized bed. Was travelling alone. Reserved for Friday and Saturday. On the Monday before arrival I phoned to see if I could get a room with 2 queen beds..(initially sent e mail a few days prior to phoning and no response..) 2 queens as my brother might come from 2 hours east…was told room was available, but would be $50 more per night…I passed. As grandsons team was in semis, on check out I said I might return for a room for that night. Came back after 3 to get a room…was given a room for handicapped…on the Sunday probably 25% occupancy….one would need detailed instructions to work the shower…I was unable to figure out…message light on phone was flashing on arrival..tried to take message , ..message was from September…but was only a dual tone, not able to delete…light continued flashing…the breakfast buffet included was lukewarm at best. ..I would not return or recommend. I did not present my story to staff as damage was done.

While it was not necessarily the fault of the staff, my stay last night was awful. There must have been a hockey tournament in Belleville this weekend. The kids staying at the hotel ran up and down the hallways until 1am taking and laughing. I want to know what rooms their parents were staying in because it obviously wasn’t on the same floor as their kids. Whoever coaches this team needs to talk to the kids and parents about respecting others and proper hotel conduct. They were a disgrace. The front desk manager finally came up at 1am to have words with them. Next time I’ll drive to Napanee if there are no available hotels rooms in Belleville. I needed to sleep as I had a seven hour drive early the next morning.

They charged $400 a night for 2 nights' stay (check in Sat. Aug. 5, check out Mon. Aug. 7. It seems that was the absolute last room available, and as I had to be in town, I reluctantly reserved. At the last minute on Saturday, they offered an 'upgrade' to a 'suite' with a King Sized bed. Not sure how they found this room after I booked the last one available. The room was awkward, and not overly pleasant. The TV in front of the bed is small and placed low on the cabinet, lower than the bed. You can't prop yourself up to be able to watch it properly either because the pillows are absurdly big but extremely soft. The bed is nothing worth mentioning. The cabinet door holding the fridge/microwave needs to be fixed. If there is a safety box, I was unable to find it. The breakfast is OK, but please, improve the omelets, they are awful and look like they were extruded in a plastic factory, and thrown into a microwave. The staff overall is friendly. Very disappointed in being robbed $400 a night for a very mediocre stay.

We stayed there on our way back from Toronto to Montreal. I think it is close to Sand Banks. The room was clean, beds comfortable. While waiting at the elevator, we asked the maid for some more items and it was done right away. Breakfast was good but average. Departure is at 12h, which is very good and we really appreciated it. The lady at the front desk was really nice and check-in and check-out were fast. Would go back.

The hotel was super clean rooms made us feel in 2023 with many outlets with usb ports. Super comfy beds. My only downside would be the pillows but we asked for more and they were kindly provided. Pool was clean and hot. Breakfast was a big surprise. There was a waffle maker two kinds of omelettes saussauge potatoes baked beans hard boiled eggs cereals toasts fruit salad etc. Coffee and juices. We really enjoyed our stay before going to sandbanks !
