We booked a single king room for 5 nights August 2016. Chose this based on price (less than $100/night for single king room) and location as a base for exploring Prince Edward County. Read reviews and adjusted our expectations accordingly.

This hotel is well situated in regards to Sandbanks' Provincial Park, literally off the bridge's exit. Also closed to Belleville's downtown (2 minutes by car).

Sorry that I didn't see this earlier. All the ads still show a waterslide but no sign of it when we were there. We've been back since the restaurant opened for dinner/Sunday brunch and the place is going downhill. The prices outweigh the offerings and many of the really good staff both at the restaurant and at the hotel have left or been fired under new management.
