This hotel is brand new an opened on August 4th so your room will be pretty pristine. I did have to clean off some chocolate off of the terminal heat/ air unit. We had a suite and it's double the size of a regular room so it's worth it to pay a bit more if you can. Parking is free and there's lots of it. The location is good because it's a five minute drive from tons of restaurants including Montana's, East Side Mario's, Panera Bread, Tim Hortons, etc. There's a casino too but it's closed due to COVID.
The hotel staff is really nice. We had asked for an upgrade for the family travelling with us and they were sold out, so they weren't able to give us one, but the GM left us a nice hand written note to apologize for not being able to upgrade us, which was a really nice personal touch!
There is no hot breakfast due to COVID, but they have prepackaged breakfasts including egg mcmuffin types with or without sausage. Just nuke them in your microwave in your room. There's cereal, milk, muffin, and juice box for the kids. It's not a lot, but it's enough to hold you down.
There's a fridge in your room and the beds were pretty comfortable. However, the bed sheets were pretty terrible. My face felt really uncomfortable on the pillow sheets because it felt so rough against my skin. They give you ample towels, but do ask front desk for extra shampoo and conditioner because those tiny nutrogena bottles will not be enough for a family of four.
The pool wasn't very large but it's fun for the kids. The pool was FREEZING. We told front desk and they couldn't really do anything about it. Front desk had told me that three others had told them the same thing. This needs to be fixed!
All in all: A nice stay and I would return. We stayed here coming in from Toronto so that the drive into Sandbanks wouldn't be unbearable for a day trip. Also, we booked at the last minute so I feel we paid way too much for an inn type hotel. Try to plan your stay in advance to save money.

During our Covid issues its nice to know that Hilton has gone the step to show the public who goes into their rooms that it is to be safe.
The property is new, so all amenities of the site are up to date/modern to many USB ports in the suites to fantastic barn doors for the bathrooms.
Staff were very hospitable and answered our needs.
(Won't mention the 1 am fire alarms but, I did).
I'd go back there to stay anytime..great stay!

Never thought I'd rave this much about a Hampton Inn but this hotel is amazing. Firstly, it's new (which means it's not got a lot of wear and tear, and the rooms are designed in a pretty modern style which I like). Secondly, there is some sort of cooperation between this hotel and Lysol, so that Lysol wipes are everywhere in dispensers in the lobby and - my favourite part - rooms that have been cleaned are sealed with a Lysol sticker so that you know exactly which rooms are still pristine and haven't been entered again.
Breakfast was orderly and had an amazing selection from hot Jimmy Dean microvaveable English muffins to cereals and fruits and yogurts. Oh, and freshly made Belgian waffles too. Top marks all around.
Sid at the check-in was also a nice and welcoming presence, giving us some recommendations on dinner. Coupled with free parking and ample space inside the rooms, and honestly this is a great spot to stay.

1- First 2 days went OK and we used the the breakfast area without any objection, manager saw us as well as other families and no body comment. However, the 3rd day the front desk staff rushed to me while I was eating already and asked me to leave as I was not suppose to use the area!!!!, there wasn't any sign nor any mentioned from the staff when we arrived about this rule. I told the staff that nobody mentioned anything and the manager saw us and didn't either mention anything, the staff stared at me look at me from top to bottom and turn his back and left his arm while walking away say ok sorry. I told him I will talk to the manager but ending up by talking to a nice front desk lady always smiling behind her mask and explained to me that he wasn't suppose to interrupt my meal if I started already. The next morning ( July1st) all tables had a sign for not setting.
2- Extremely unhappy with the breakfast, stayed 5 nights, same breakfast every single day with no change at all, I understand that it is covid and some measurements need to be taken but you may be more creative, getting bagels produced in May sealed and cold, getting boiled eggs conserved, getting same flavor of yogurt (Vanilla/Strawberries) and it is by pure luck to get any of them each morning in a sealed box is not acceptable. Orange on the 2nd day was rotten, reported to the front desk, He got it from us and said I will through it away for you and surprisingly asked if there is other rotten orange. Sorry, I could through it into the garbage by myself, I reported cause it is an issue and it is not my responsibility to check if other fruits were OK or rotten...go and check by yourself or ask the kitchen officer to do so not the client!!!!
3- In other hotels, normally we have a set of soft and hard pillows, here we have only soft , even very soft pillows. We didn't report this problem as we believe that there wasn't such an option in the hotel and we stacked 2 pillows in one pillow bag..but it wasn't comfortable at all.

The hotel itself is fine, but the customer service is terrible. We had reservations for a wedding and needed to request an early check-in (one hour early) so that we could attend the wedding on time. The staff member we spoke to was extremely rude each time that we called to see if we could be accommodated and suggested we just show up early and they might have a room, they might not. We had two small children in tow that were also IN the wedding, so this was not a great option for us. It added a ton of stress to what has supposed to be a great day. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not return.

The rooms are decent and I stayed in double queen and also king with wet bar. There is no real benefit to the king with wet bar unless you just prefer a large room with open space. You can hear the street and highway 401 easily. Due to the price some of the other guests are loud and obnoxious in their rooms, hallway or parking lot. You can hear basically everything around you. Breakfast is excellent and seating is great. The staff are welcoming. Smaller parking lot then expected. I only stayed here since the other hotel of choice down the road was booked on specific dates.
The extra cost to stay elsewhere is worth it due to the guests and noise at this location. I’ve stayed at this location for a couple nights on a few occasions only due to availability issues at other spots. I had the same issues every stay.

The hotel is relatively new.It is right off of the 401and about 5 minute drive to restaurants. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. Room was well appointed and unlike other newer hotels, this one has comfortable sofas with ottomans. Everything was sanitized and they followed the protocol for covid 19.About half hour drive to Sandbanks provincial Park and about 20 wineries in Prince Edward County.

During this challenging time we found the need for an extended hotel stay! We, like most patrons staying in hotels were concerned for our health safety given the state of the Country in 2020!
THIS hotel was our 1st & only place that we checked out for our stay & haven't regretted our decision for a moment.

If the scale to assess this hotel was from 1 to 10, I would give it an 11! From the first phone call inquiring about room availability to check out, this Hampton Inn and Suites location was one of our top 5 hotel experiences.
Staff members were knowledgeable and accommodating, our room was clean and well laid out and there was a good choice of breakfast foods.
Craig (the gentleman with the British accent)and Allison were helpful in setting up the meeting room for our family birthday celebration. Sid was at the front desk during our celebration and was flexible and accommodating as well.
We were originally scheduled to have one room on our first night and then a different room for our second night, but were told we would be able to stay in the first room for both nights. A minor but thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast featured a wide variety of food with several different eating areas, ranging from tables and chairs for 2 or 3 people to a large table with stools to accommodate a large group or folks who wanted to meet others enjoying their stay.
Our family celebrated my mother’s 83rd birthday, after having to postpone her 80th because of Covid. We will definitely return to the Hotel Inn and Suites the next time we come to Belleville!
