Wonderful home, lots of room, quiet, beautiful facility, great location. Bedroom and lounge are spacious and welcoming. Only one bedroom so completely private. Daniele and Gord are very gracious hosts. I would unhesitatingly recommend this B&B to anyone!

We spent December 28th at the Place Victoria Place B & B in Belleville.
We were able to relax and decompress in the private 2 floor accommodation after the crazy busy Christmas celebrations! Our host Danielle was very welcoming and helpful in sharing information of local restaurants and things to do. Having our own living room was such a perk ...... comfortable seating for reading, tv watching and conversation. The coffee was hot and ready when we arrived in the dining room with a large selection of foods to enjoy. I believe that the word ‘zen’ best describes our stay! We highly recommend this B&B to anyone travelling in the Belleville area and we will be sure to book here on our next overnight stay in Belleville.
Thank you, Danielle! Happy New Years 2018.

You have your own bedroom, bathroom and sittingroom. Breakfast is good. owners are welcoming. Everything is very clean. It is a B&B. So is it less anonymous than a hotel, but THE owner gives you a lot of privacy.

Stayed for 1 night. Reserved direct on the inn's website. My family was looking for a place to stay in Belleville near our friend's house, and we decided to treat ourselves with a bed and breakfast accommodation.

Upon arrival, Gord welcomed us and gave us a tour of the two floors. We were impressed with the main living area, upstairs bedroom and adjacent main bathroom with claw-foot bathtub. There was so much space in the bathroom that we were able to set up our toddler's crib and baby monitor next to the tub, allowing us to enjoy the downstairs space after our child's bedtime. Wi-Fi reception throughout the house worked well.

We took advantage of the parking space near our private entrance and explored the neighbourhood on foot. There are a few restaurants that are a 10-minute walk away on Front Street, and we picked up dinner there. The area had a few vacant businesses, but we didn't find it to be unsafe at all.

The next morning, Danièle welcomed us to the dining room for a breakfast with pastries, cheese, cereal, snack bars, fruit, coffee, juice, milk and homemade apple cake. My family enjoyed the personal touch as we enjoyed our meal in private and retreated to our living quarters once we were done.

The owners make it clear that the house is not child proof, but we were never concerned for our young child. One side of the stairwell between the two floors is open, and the stairs are a little bit steep. Also, there was a bowl of marbled stones upstairs, which our inquisitive child liked exploring.

Our family of three could not have picked a better place to stop before driving home. We definitely recommend Place Victoria Place, and we hope to visit again should we have another stay in Belleville.

We stayed one night. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The space was huge, the bed comfortable and the main bathroom (yes, we had access to two bathrooms) is large and we had our own entrance. We would come back here again.

We enjoyed our night at this B & B. We arrived right at check in and had a good rest before dinner. It was very quiet. It was convenient having the downstairs room to watch TV and have something to eat. It is an old home but has a nice feel. The bathroom is large, bed comfortable. Yes there are stairs, but take your time going up and down and you'll be fine. In the morning we had a very pleasant breakfast with Daniele joining us to chat. Very hospitable hostess - but not intrusive. We would stay again if we were back in Belleville!

We had a pleasant one night stay in this private-entrance, two-floor, 1.5-bathroom suite.

Upon arrival at the front door, we were shown the dining room, then taken up a flight of beautiful but worn wooden stairs. Be careful - the top three steps turn and have no railing. Then we went along a hallway and down three steps, again no railing. There was a different set of stairs to go down to the sitting area and entrance, a narrow old staircase with a turn. The bottom three steps have no railing. To get your luggage to the bedroom and main bathroom, you will have to carry it up this staircase.

The bed was comfortable although squeaky. There did not appear to be air conditioning, but the windows do open and have screens.

The upper bathroom was spacious, with thoughtful amenities. I was looking forward to a claw foot tub bath, but the wraparound plastic shower curtain that sits inside the tub only opens halfway and is tucked under the bathtub tray and faucet, so in the end I didn't bother trying to deal with it. There is no bathroom fan.

The entrance level includes a big foyer with a powder room and access to a large wood deck. The sitting room has an easy chair, futon, microwave, mini fridge and coffee-tea station.

The family home includes cats.

If you need the extra space, like old furniture, and don't mind difficult stairs, you will probably really like this b&b.

We were driving from Montreal to Toronto and wanted somewhere to stay on the way that wasn't an overpriced horrible motel. This was perfect, offering your own private living area allowing us to relax in the evening, a beautiful bathroom and a comfy bed.

The included breakfast was yummy and included apple cake and croissants which kept us going for a good while.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We we're especially thankful to Gord who helped us out by lending us his snow scraper thingy to help get all the unexpected snow from our rental car in the morning!
