Front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was usual make your own waffle, eggs and bacon, bagel . But Breakfast lady really needs to actually do her job. Items were not replenished, debris was not cleaned up, food was not restocked. She came out from the kitchen once got herself a drink and went back in. I went to the front desk and notified them that the waffle batter was empty, strawberry syrup was empty, no more yogurt, etc. Moments later the Breakfast lady said very loudly " THE WAFFLE BATTER US NOT EMPTY! So unprofessional. And still, she did not replenish the food. Kinda ruined the whole experience.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us as we arrived very late at night and called the receptionist who confirmed they are awaiting for us and the room reserved was prepared. We booked this hotel a few days in advance and only used our hotel group points.

The receptionists offered to check if they had a toothbrush for me but waited in vain as none was available and mine was too deep in my many suitcases.

The sleep has been disturbed, although no neighbours disturbed us and the car park, shared with a nearby hotel was was quiet: pity both people near our car do not know how to park and both cars were parked at an angle thus leaving a small space to our small car. I do not remember being as sick as I have been that night in a very long time and the fridge kept waking me up with it's noises to top it up.

Normally I would give hotels 1 star based on what I detailed above, however the big continental breakfast managed to cheer me up a bit: everything you wanted, despite arriving rather late (mid week) and being rather busy.

Would I return: hopefully not.

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. The problem was that I booked two nights at the rate of $120 each but when I received my receipt by email the price of the first night had increased to $129.00 ca and second night for the same room to$191.00. I called the manager twice and got voicemail. Then the man at the desk did refund $77.00, which was less than the real difference. However, he did refund most of it. I have been a Hilton Honours member for years and have never encountered this before. So just be careful and check your bill before checking out.

Stayed 1 night in this hotel, room was spacious and clean but the breakfast was a joke. We went at 9:15am only bagel was available the breakfast lady said she has no more eggs and bacon. At 9:30am she was already closing the doors and at 9:45am she turned off all the lights but breakfast is supposed to serve from 7am-10am daily (according to guest guide). As a silver member I was not offered free bottle of water or snacks at checkout. Even though I paid friends and family rate basic service should be offered.

This hotel was a huge dissapointment and certainly does not run like a Hilton. Many issues presented throughout our 2 night stay and the management was the worst of all problems. Do not waste your money on this hotel which run more like a low class motel than a Hilton hotel.
Upon entering our room, the room temperature was very cold. The heat was shut off and when we attempted to turn on the heat, it would not work. We called front desk to which we were told a maintenance person would come to our room to fix it. No one ever came. Called again and was promised again and no one ever came. When I went to front desk to ask the manager to come to take a look, he simply told me to turn the thermostat to heat. As if I hadn't alredy tried that!! After a few hours and by fiddling on with the thermostat we finally got it up and running.
The next morning, I went to flush the toilet and it wouldn't flush. My daughter had to go right after me and couldn't as it was malfunctioning. Called front desk immediately and the girl seemed lost. She wasn't sure how to respond and basically told me that there was no maintance person to fix the toilet and because their hotel was fully booked that we would have to use the bathroom on the main floor. Unacceptable!! When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was off for the weekend and when I asked to speak to the manager in his place, I was told there was none! I would have to wait until Monday for him to call me.
After the first night, I was also shocked to find out that housekeeping would not take place in our room unelss we gave 24 hours notice. No one informed us of this and the only place it stated this is on very small print on our key card holder. So, we fixed our own beds, emptied our own garbages and took out our dirty towels and even got new towels our self. How disgusting! I can just imagine how terribly the room is cleaned when it is actually cleaned. How is this allowed??
Upon checking out, they never sent me our receipt even after several requests. I had to threaten to dispute the charge to get management to send me the receipt. Following our stay, I tried to get a hold of the manager to complain about our stay and he wouldn't call me back. I left a message on his voicemail, with front desk and by the third day I was told he is having health issues and that is why he is not calling me back. Again, unacceptable!

Followed up with Hilton Customer Service who have assured me that the manager would get back to me which they have yet to and also, have lied about several facts including offering us late checkout which is outright lie.

Don't waste your money...go to a real hotel!

Good.. Martina was amazing, beautiful warm smile and just very helpful and tried really hard to help me be comfortable during the last night of my stay after I told her of my room dilema and even offered to move me but it was my last night so I didn’t bother. The breakfast was okay but no dark roast, there’s 24 hr coffee at the lobby, hot breakfast was bangers, eggs/chees, 3 kinds of cereals, varieties of baked goods, waffles, juice and hot oatmeal. Clean hotel and the time we were there was a quiet Easter weekend.

Bad.. The picture on the Hotel website I booked had a tub but didn’t had one when I came in. Had to spend like an hr for the front desk to help me get one and misunderstood my needs. Need Staff to be more attentive to the needs by listening carefully, then my digital key doesn’t work after a change of room and the Front desk Agent kept telling me she text/email but I didn’t get it. Then to end my unpleasant experience she just gave me 2 physical keys to use. Then the night was further ruined by the long banging sound in between the washroom wall that I believed is where the pipes are. It woke me up several times during the night and startled me numerous times when I am using the washroom. This was mentioned the following morning but no offer to move us when the Easter weekend wasn’t even booked. I was there for 3 nights. My keys didn’t work the following day luckily I didn’t have to be in and out. I spent the days out and about in Paris . I need a vacation from my Easter weekend get away.

So here it is. I booked a room 2weeks prior to our trip. We get to the hotel and a East Indian gentleman walks up to our car and tells us we HAVE to stay at the MARRIOTT adjacent. I say no because I've already booked our room etc here. No go. He says it's the same owners so you have to stay there. So this is creepy and not impressive because we are ambushed into staying at a place we don't want without warning. The Marriott is a home suites place with kitchenettes. There were no paper cups in the room to make coffee and the ones in the cabinet were wet. So when did the last people leave? The room had 2 queen beds, we had booked a king. It was quiet and clean but could be better. Hand prints on doors and elevators. The owner closed the Hampton due to covid. Web site should state this. They are packing lunch bags for breakfast that we didn't look into. Also there was a car in the parking lot from Kentucky that kept moving and was gone the day we left. I'm still shaking my head about all of this. Horrible? Not so bad? I just don't like paying for one thing and getting a totally different thing. I won't stay here again for these reasons plus this is an industrial park with no restaurants nearby. This was our first time to Brantford so we followed the learning curve.

Old and tired, door to the room stuck, from old age or warped. Heavy room deodorizer made my eyes and sinuses act up, damaged scraped up furniture. Noisy mattress springs, very cheap linens and sloppily made bed. Horrible leaky paper cups for our drinks. The icing on the cake was being wakened at 8am by a man yelling maintenance and banging on the door. The ceiling in our bathroom was pouring water from the room above us, over the toilet and in the shower, splattering the entire bathroom, plaster cracked and split open. The desk offered us a move to the next-door hotel, or later, another room on an upper floor. We did not want the inconvenience of moving, why would we dress, move, undress and shower? The water dripped on our heads and thighs while using the toilet. We asked for compensation and argued over "points" which we did not want or need, and the offer from the manager came to $20, final offer $25. We told him to keep it. What a dump. Poor service for loyal customers.

I just want to thank Martina working in the front desk. She's very accommodating and diligent in her job. She is very mindful of what the guests needs. I salute her, she's even look after the coffee and refills it whenever it's empty.

I’m with the previous responder. The larger room we were last in was very spacious. See the photos. The room before that seemed fine. Not at all like the cramped quarters of some discount chain rooms we’ve been in.
