The hotel is a bit dated but overall it was a very nice and easy stay. The person at the front desk during check in was very friendly and helpful with providing us information. The room is a bit dated, but the king size bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was simple and the staff kept it well stocked. The location is right of the highway and easily accessible.

This is a very well maintained hotel, up to the standard of the Quality Hotel brand. The hotel is very clean with pleasant décor. The room is not big but everything is working well and nicely furnished. During the pandemic period, the breakfast area is closed and you take your food to bring back to your room. The quality and variety of the breakfast is well supplied. And last but not least, all the staff we met during our stay are polite, nice and pleasant.

We had an appointment nearby so stayed here overnight. It was a large room with a king size bed and kitchenette having all the amenities to cook meals with a 2 burner glass top stove built into the counter...all pots and pans included. Breakfast was not a hot buffet as back in the day, but a fair selection of breakfast items were available to get you on your way. Rates were very reasonable considering the area. Definitely the place to stay when we return.

The staff was friendly and fantastic.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. It had something for everyone. The staff maintained it well.

I went to the hotel for three days with my disabled daughter.

When we got to the hotel, they said our booking was not in their system even though we had the reservation number. The check-in staff was very kind and was able to provide us with a disabled room.

The first room we had was not fully accessible. I had to push my daughter through the door and the bathroom door because it was such a tight fit for the wheelchair. If a disabled person gets a disabled room, please be aware that there are no door openings to get through without being pushed through them (no place for arms to go on the wheels to maneuver).

The wheelchair would only fit between the beds even when we tried to move the hotel chair out of the way.

The room was 80 degrees and the front desk staff was unable to adjust the temperature.

Then there was a problem with the plumbing. The front desk said they were contacting maintenance but they didn't know how long it would take for someone to come onsite.

The front desk then offered us a two-room suite which we did not take because it had the same issues with the doors and the wheelchair would not fit through without assistance.

Since we didn't want to take the two-room room because the hotel could give it to someone else and get the extra money for it we were given another disabled room that had the same issue with the doors but at least the plumbing and temperature worked.

Three months after our stay I wrote a letter to the hotel manager to voice my concerns because I didn't want anyone else to go through what we had to go through.

Although I left my address and email information I have not heard a word back from the manager and it's been close to 5 months since I wrote the letter.

Staff at the hotel gets a 5 out of 5. Manager response was none existent and gets a failing grade.

We spent two nights here over the weekend. Although the hotel was fully booked, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful and we didn’t experience any lines during check-in or checkout. Our king room on the top (4th) floor was very clean, the bed was comfortable and bed linens and pillows were clean and in great condition. The bathroom was very clean and the walk-in shower was a bonus. The TV remote batteries died and the front desk sent maintenance up immediately. Cory, from maintenance, was friendly and even gave us advice on parking places in downtown Burlington. Jake’s Grill Restaurant next door to the hotel was simply amazing! Delicious food, the servers were fun and very professional and the ambience was fantastic! We will definitely stay at the Quality Hotel when we next visit Burlington.

This was our first stay at this location and we were beyond impressed. The lobby is a great first impression of the hotel itself—clean and modern. The person who checked us in was efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a double queen room, beds were comfortable and the room itself was very clean. This hotel offers free parking and is surrounded by many known restaurants.

I really don't know where to begin. It is an old hotel which is basically not being maintained properly and they are skimping and cutting corners and that lack of care and attention permeates the place.

The first room we were offered had black mold on the ceiling and water damage on curtains. The smell was of dry rot and that is potentially damaging to health. They had a flood apparently but they shouldn't be renting rooms in this condition. The staff gave us another room but didn't apologize for the condition of the room which indicates they know they might get complaints. Apologizing would be accepting liability.

The room we were moved to was OK but the cleaning staff and guests are constantly opening and shutting doors to the point that it would make any reasonable person demented. Two words of advice: use doorstops. It is simple stuff really,

Loads of noise at night. It is some kind of meeting place for people who seem to be from the wrong side of the tracks. Almost an intimidating atmosphere at night

Dreadful place and I for one certainly won't be back again.

Our room smelled really bad with all cleaning supplies smell/bug spray. Not sure what it was but smelled disgusting and gave us a headache. Sheets were not clean- lipstick marks on a pillow etc, smelled bad. Really disappointed, the only good thing is that we stayed only one night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. P.S. i travel a lot and this hotel is one of the worst I encountered with cleanliness and appearance.

Apart from easy check in, this was one of the worst hotel stays we have had. Our room was in the basement and we could hardly breathe for the moldy smell. The sheets were wrinkled and the bed badly made. The bathroom sink and shower tiles had not been cleaned adequately and were streaky and spotted. The furnishings were old and musty. In normal times this room would be depressing but in COVID times it was especially unsettling. We were so desperate to leave the hotel we skipped the breakfast.

I’ve been to a 30 hotels during covid for work over the last year. I walk into the hotel and the lobby is taped off with plastic for renovations. No problem, a lot of properties are using this time to renovate. I get given a room on the fourth floor (a floor usually reserved for business class) and I exit the hallway to see the ceiling and hallway walls ripped apart. There are over 100 rooms here, why would you place a repeat customer in the first room in the hallway next to the elevator and on a floor that you were undergoing extensive renovations on? The photos in my review are from the hallway as soon as I step out of my room looking back towards the elevator. Come on.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay with us. Unfortunately this was not a planned renovation. We do expect to be replacing ceiling tiles very shortly and the lobby will be back to normal very soon. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these unexpected repairs. Warm regards, BHarrison

Hi there, thanks for your inquiry for the Quality Hotel Burlington! An executive room is on the top floor with additional amenities such as robe and slippers and is generally a very quiet floor. Our standard room can be on any of our other floors and has the standard amenity package. I hope this helps. Warm regards, BHarrison
