We've stayed at this motel a few times. It is very convenient off highway 403 between Hamilton and Guelph. It is well maintained, great value and friendly. They go above and beyond for folks and did so for us during an unexpected emergency. It is still a motel, but we are dedicated clients now.

The good: a clean room for a good price. The not so good: 1). the room entrances and windows face East. There's a two-inch gap between the window shade and window frame on the sides. The sun was beaming in my face, in the morning, long before I was ready to wake up. 2). very slow and sometimes nonexistent WiFi....

Be well aware of the two huge transmission/microwave towers surrounding this retro motel. The motel itself was absolutely fine in all ways except the internet was sketchy. Eat at the Russell Williams restaurant down the road for good food.

The hotel itself was easy to find. Good location. Room was fairly large. Beds were comfy. The comforter was a little on the lame side. Towels in the bathroom were really thin and not very good. Price was good for what we got.

First room we had there was a dead bed bug in the sheets so we asked to switch room no question asked - but cleanliness was obviously doubtful. Morning staff (owner?) was to the limit of politeness - obviously we were bothering her. No breakfast included.

Room we had was clean and comfortable, we only needed to stay one night. Only minor complaint was we are early risers and the lobby didn't open until 9am and that was where you were to get coffee. It would have been nice to have coffee maker in room. Check in was quick. Bed was comfortable, A/C was easy to...

Okay, it's not the Hilton, so if that's what you need, move on. But for a strip motel, this is about as good as it gets. Nice, modern, completely updated bathroom, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff. The only real complaint I could give is the paper-thin towels. They should be replaced. Another annoyance was the check in time. The front...

Good if your on a budget! Clean looks like they have been updating. No coffee in room. No stores or food places around you have to drive 4km. Front desk lady friendly when we checked in. The door was locked we had to buzz in and that was around 6pm and they give you a key with the tv remote....

It was the only reasonably priced room in the area and given it was a motel I wasn't expecting much. The outside of the motel was like other motels - not very exciting but when I entered the room I was more than pleasantly surprised. The room had been completely renovated. The room was very clean and well appointed. It...
