The images for this hotel are misleading and it is in serious disrepair. We got there and the sheets and blanket were dirty and they were put out when we asked for fresh ones. The bathroom is crumbling the shower curtain was ripping and the hairdryer was in outside the bathroom. There were no outlets available for things like plugging in our cell phones, no clock to set an alarm, and every outlet there was whas over loaded with plugs or a power bar. Finally found one outlet behing the bed so we went to thestore to get multi plug extension so we could plug in our phones. We booked a king and there was no way it was a king but since the matress had no support we ended up rolling into the middle all night. The room was greezing and because the AC was a window unit and it was so high we couldn't change the tempature. The baseboard heaters were falling off the walls and somehow I have 5 mysterious bites on my ankles. Next time we are in Burlington we will stay anywhere else or sleep in our car before staying here again.

I am sorry we could not make you happy after giving you a half refund. Yes, we give you king king-size bed. There is an AC unit but it has a remote to change the temperature. There are enough plugs in rooms.

We ended up going to Walmart to buy a sheet, pillows and a blanket. The electrical outlets all sparked. It was dirty (someone’s underwear in the dresser drawer) and dusty. The bathroom was rusty and patched and dirty Just go somewhere else and pay for cleanliness and safety.

We were looking for accommodation that offered a kitchenette (due to food allergies) and accepted pets. I found the staff very friendly and eager to make our stay a pleasant one. I accidentally booked a room without a kitchenette and the manager was able to move some reservations around and get us a kitchenette in the end. The wifi was weak at times but a quick call to the desk resolved that issue. The location was excellent. Easy access to the highway, close to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and dog park. I would stay here again.

This place was so dirty it's difficult to express or capture in pictures. There was a clear lack of maintennace with the bathroom mirror falling off the wall the radiator covers falling off, and the lamp shade loose. My wife's socks were black from walking around teh room for just a few minutes. The door was very difficult to open and close. Marked as a 2 (and not a 1) because the staff were friendly and the sheets were clean.

Absolute trash. Every surface was filthy, outlets fakling out of the walls faulty/unsafe, entrance locks broken, bathroom door gets caught on frame and was splitting in two parts when pulled opened, pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, bed had hair in it when sheets pulled back.. On top of it all, someone was blasting 'Tunak Tunak Tun by Daler Mehndi' until 3:30ish in the morning.. The young lads who checked me in were nice enough, but just writing this review is making me want to go have another shower! Bring some plastic sheets, Clorox, and earplugs if you plan to stay.

My sister and I booked a room here through Expedia. The pictures online are maybe from when the place was built? They do not represent the horrible run down condition this place is in presently. Not only is it filthy and outdated, the security is horrendous, anyone could access the room with little effort while you sleep, and there is not even a manager on duty between the hours of 2 am-8 am. The lighting outside of the rooms was burnt out in many places, including outside the room we were to stay in, so anyone wanting to break in could easily do it under cover. We told the manager on duty that we did not feel safe and would not be staying there. When we contacted Expedia, they told us it wasn’t their problem, even after the manager lied and said we were a no show, we had proof, pictures and the check in paper. Whatever you do DO NOT stay at the knights Inn Burlington and do not use Expedia.

I booked 2 rooms through Expedia, based on hotel photos and security description. We went there as 2 solo women and were immediately approached by an aggressive man sitting in the tiny lobby area at 8:30 am. We left and came back later to check in, as no staff was present to ask about an earlier check in option. When we went back we were told no staff is on-site from 2am until 8 am. The rooms open to the parking on a ground floor. We asked to check the rooms as we expected 24 hr staffing. The room had flimsy window with no bar- and door with no deadbolt. The room did NOT look like the photos. We chose not to check in because it was not as advertised and we did not feel safe as solo women in each room alone. Expedia charged us the full amount and offered NO help whatsoever. They have the false advertising still up on Expedia and Knights Inn charged for a service not provided. Overall a very bad experience.

Most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. Was very late and needed to stop driving or I would have demanded a refund. Slept in my cloths on top of sheets. No way I was using shower. Black mould everywhere. Arm chair hasn’t been cleaned in years. Carpet absolutely rotten and filthy. This place should be condemned by health authorities and fire department. See my attached pics.

Excellent location, centrally situated for access to Hamilton, Niagara Falls, Toronto, and London Ontario. Renovations in progress, renewed rooms are available. Owners are very approachable, available, helpful and friendly. We needed a longer stay (6 weeks) for family reasons and Knights Inn made a good, affordable base for us.
