On our bi-annual trip to Georgian Bay in Canada, we decided to stop for the night after crossing the border into Canada. Comfort Inn turned out to be a good choice. It's less than a mile across the border, and literally right next to the QEW. A little tricky to find their driveway, as you literally drive through a residential area, but just trust your GPS. Staff were nice, rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was a little weak, but covid has changed all that. The hotel is also close to a main road that has plenty of restaurants for a quick & easy dinner. We'll plan to stay here again on our next trip.

Stayed here in Early February for KISS concert in Buffalo. The hotel is located 2 min from the Peace Bridge to Buffalo. It’s is a really cheap option if you don’t want to be gouged with exchange and stay in downtown Buffalo for events. Room was nothing special. Decor was dated but it was clean and new beds. Hotel also has free breakfast which was good. Overall a good value!

We made a reservation at the Comfort Inn as it was close to cross the border into United States. We had a tiring travel day to get there and only planned to sleep a few hours and continue our journey. Things were going great we curled up for an early night when the room next door had guests arrive. These guests were loud and we could practically hear every word they said. The motel wasn’t busy and my suggestion would be to book every other room to eliminate that problem. Our night was shot and we got about two hours rest ;(. The room however was clean and had very comfortable beds and pillows. The whole evening reminded me why I hate motels though.

Couldn’t get on wifi have no idea why.

Had we gotten a good nights sleep I would have given five stars.

Seen comfort inn online during our travels to fort erie for $90.00 through their website and many others for the same price. Figured instead of booking online we will just go there. Upon arrival and booking our room she was charging $188 total after taxes and requesting a $200 deposit on top of that. Asked why so much when it says $90.00 online. Then Were told they do not have any of those rooms available for that discount. At the time of arrival there was 5 cars in the parking lot at 12:30 am. I am sure I was just getting ripped off. Refused to stay and went somewhere else. Lost my business.

I made reservation via my airlmiles. i showed receipt of payment with confirmation number. I was told that they could not located my reservation. i asked that reception contact manager. manager said they cannot do anything; i should contact airlmiles. airlmiles office closed on weekend! management did not even try to problem solve. it was extremeley frustrating as i had a confirmation email. i was on a bike trip and could not just bike to another location. i ended up paying for the room. The reception person felt bad and gave me a good rate. i was very dissappointed by management. On a different note, rooms smelled stale and pills were found on floor which means rooms were not cleaned thoroughly.
overall would not recommend hotel.

It really does feel like you’re heading into someone’s backyard when you’re coming off of the QEW to get there, but it was a perfectly pleasant experience. I asked for a room on the non-highway side of the building when I booked and this was accommodated. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept well. The curtains didn’t overlap so some light came in, so if you’re up with the sun like me (and don’t necessarily want to be), I would bring an eyeshade.

It was handily near amenities such as Sobeys, Dollarama, Walmart, McDonalds etc. That were either walkable or a short drive. The staff was helpful and pleasant and I would go back again if I’m in the area.

Best place to stay if you’re in the Fort Erie area. Nice coffee/tea/juice/snack station available at no cost 24/7 in the lobby. Comfortable beds. It’s an easy ride to Niagara Falls for a day visit with quick access to the QEW or the scenic route close by. Great staff, friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very hospitable. I enjoyed my stay and slept well as the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel was an easy drive to Toronto and Niagara Falls, but located in a serene small town with friendly people.

On arrival, the room was ready. Gave us the King bed with jacuzzi. Very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and their was complimentary coffee, as well as snacks to purchase from a machine. They have a small dining area, for breakfast. Though we did not try it as we went out to North End diner for a home cooked breakfast which was fantastic. The location in Fort Erie is easily found, good parking. Little patio area with picnic tables and barbecue available. They make it easy to go outdoors for a smoke for those who choose. Well kept outdoor landscape. The inside is a little dated, but clean. The sleeping area was comfortable. I would stay there again. Very close to most attractions, Stevensville, Niagara Falls Ont. The staff were great. We were heading to elope at Elope Niagara’s little log wedding chapel, only 13 minutes away. The day staff saw us dressed up and offered their congratulations, then offered to take our picture before leaving.

Hi There, We are about 20 minutes straight down the QEW. It is a very easy drive. You could also take the Niagara Parkway along the river to Niagara Falls which is about 30 minutes but the most relaxing and lovely drive. There is numerous places to park in Niagara Falls. If you are planning on doing some of the attractions within the Niagara Parks Commission I suggest you park at Rapids view and use the WEGO system. It is a large tram that takes you and picks you up all around Niagara Falls area and attractions. It is very convenient and has great hours of operation. Parking in Niagara Falls varies in price during the peak season and can range from 15.00 to 30.00 per day. If you go to a lot along or behind the Clifton Hill area you may find something for approximately 15.00 and then walking down the hill will bring you to the Falls. Please let me know if we can assist you with booking a room or with further information etc. Warmest Regards, Anne Matiuschuk General Manager
