I was able to get early check in, so tha was a plus .
Hotel room was clean and very comfortable.
Great customer service. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. The experience was lovely

My only complaints were :The toilet seat in my ensuite was loose , so that was uncomfortable. The pool was overly heated. I was only staying for the night , I did not complain, but informed staff at my departure.

First off they could use more parking as the parking lot was FULL! Upon arrival front desk attendant was friendly, thorough and very polite! All in all the room and lobby were very clean. If you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend asking for a room facing the shopping centre as the hotel is backed onto the QEW. All things considered it’s not to terrible facing the highway. The pool and area could be cleaner though. As well the pool and hot tub shouldn’t be the same temperature. Kind of defeats the point of a hot tub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Clean room. Was beside elevator, but cannot hear the elevator while in room. Lighting in washroom could be brighter. There is a refrigerator in the room though it is not listed as part of the room amenities, Manager on duty could have been friendlier. Walmart Supercentre is steps away. I would go back.

We were at the hotel for Family Day weekend to visit our family. We arrive early Saturday at noon, check in is 4 pm and was told we could do early check in come back at 2 pm. Came back at 2 pm and waited in the lobby until 359 pm to get our room. There was a hockey team checking in at the same time, with a number of young boys creating havoc in the foyer. No security, parents or management to control them and only 1 girl on the front desk. Room was excellent and clean. Pool is a joke, measuring about 12 by 12 and only 3.5 feet deep. Definitely would not consider it a indoor pool. With the overflow of kid in the hotel with no control, the pool wasn't usable and one elevator was broken by kids jumping in it (confirmed by the front desk). Front desk is under staffed and upon check in our keys were messed up and we were locked out day two as they only checked us in for one night. I would recommend the hotel to anyone unless you have a lot of patients. This hotel needs to seriously look at their management, staffing for looking after large groups and maintenance.

I am writing a review to warn those who want to book this hotel that there are major hot water issues at this property.

I stayed at this hotel last night and was very disappointed there was no hot water available during my entire stay. I called the front desk and was advised they will turn up the hot water tank. The hotel was pretty much at capacity last night and they couldn't think of maxing out the hot water???

At $279/night, one would expect they can at least take a warm shower.

I also had to park my car near the Walmart and walk over since there was no parking available. Not what I wanted to do at 1:00a.m.

This is not worth the price I paid to stay here. I was offered a 50% refund but it really didn't help the fact that I couldn't take a shower which was very important after a very long day/night yesterday.

Very disappointed.

I've stayed here numerous times since they have opened and I refuse to stay anywhere else in Hamilton! They are located in the perfect spot for me to get to and from work easily and I really enjoy the layout of the king rooms with the kitchens. Obviously with covid, things are closed and on different hours, but that shouldn't surprise anyone.

The staff have always made me feel valued as they ALL remember my name and what type of room I prefer... which is so nice after a long day of work/traveling.

I have to single out a few of the staff members that always seem to go above and beyond ..... Kristal is without a doubt an absolute gem! She is always pleasant to deal with and is somehow happy all the time; quite a feat I'm sure! Anytime I have ever asked her for anything, she either fixes it for me or ensures maintenance gets it done.

The other would be the GM Jenn. Over the past year I have watched her do anything and everything. I have never seen a gm outside cleaning up garbage and pulling weeds. Between that and always seeing her cleaning, I am always amazed she has the time to make my reservations, and help me with any random problem I manage to fit myself in!

This hotel is my home away from home!

From check in to check out, our experience was seamless! We got upgraded to a suite for free and got a $10 gift card to the on-site restaurant. The room was clean and very comfortable as well as the rest of the hotel. It was in a great location as it’s right off of the highway but in its own plaza with restaurants and even a Walmart! We had an amazing trip and will be coming back again for sure.

We booked three rooms for family member to attend my son's wedding. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the lobby. That's were is stopped. When we got to our room, there was a cushion missing on the couch, the tv, telephone and fridge were not working, and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was broken, had to be on your knees to apply makeup. We called down, they were able to swap the phone, provide a new cushion for the couch and reset the fridge. They tried to swap the TV, but it still didn't work. They offered to swap rooms, but we had already loaded up the fridge and had our clothes put away. They did offer a small discount. The patio furniture was filthy and the little table was broken. None of the maintenance/housekeepers people had masks on; this made me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately; my sister's room was no better.

Looks nice enough from the outside but worse for wear in the inside. Room was full of random holes in the wall, possible from moving furniture around. Stains on bed skirt. Beds were fine but not particularly comfortable. Balcony/patio was pretty dingy. Air conditioner/heating unit was clunky, loud and bright. Overall, not a comfortable stay. You get what you pay for I guess.

Smells like bed bugs has no hot water they're vending machines have no drinks their restaurants next door are too expensive. I regret not going to the Sheraton for the same price. If you're going to spend hundreds of dollars on a hotel you should have water.
