Fair priced and clean hotel. My concern was the distance to downtown ($20 Uber each way). When doing Uber, make sure you say you are at hotel or the driver could be looking for you roadside. A little hard to find the entrance.
Hotel is located far from James Street where most of the restaurants and bars are you cannot walk. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, coffeein room as well as at front desk. Buffet breakfast included a good value to stay here.
