New furniture and a well-designed and decorated room.

A small kitchen with dishes is a lovely detail.

The parking lot is accessible and grant space for all drivers and guests, are additional spots behind the building with direct secure access to the building with electronic card.

Nice place.

This is a new property and it was my first time staying there. I held a birthday party for my parents that included catering, room rentals, and sleeping accomodations. I cannot say enough about the assistance and support we received from the hotel staff.

Julie is the Director of Sales and she and her team bent over backwards to ensure that everything was perfect. Every accommodation that we required was met with a smile and a solution. The party was held during covid, and the hotel staff (as well as our guests) were conscious of the current regulations and we were able to follow them without issue.

The rooms are brand new, clean and comfortable and we made good use of the kitchenette while we were there. There are a number of accessible rooms which feature state of the art convenience for anyone requiring such enhancements. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site, but it does provide breakfast and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The patio offers some nice space to bring back your meal and enjoy.

The gym is well equipped and a good size so that you can get your workout in even when travelling. There is also a pool but we did not take advantage of this amenity.

Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough for business or family travel.

I was travelling for pleasure during this visit and found this hotel to have all the amenities that we needed. An indoor salt water pool, a breakfast area to pick up our on the go breakfast, Laundry facility and restaurant just across the parking lot. As we were checking in, we were serviced by the General Manager of the hotel which provided us with speedy service and had answered all of our questions. As we entered into our suite, we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the living room with kitchenette, spacious bedroom and bathroom. The guest room was very clean and within minutes of entering the room, we had a very friendly call from the reception desk to follow up if we require any service needs. As we left the hotel to visit some of the shopping centres, we were greatly appreciative of the short distance to these destinations including the highway. As we walked through the hotel, we were always welcomed by the staff and we always noticed that the Covid measures were in place and staff disinfected public areas of the hotel at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure and if you are a person that loves to BBQ your food, they have this unique amenity at the hotel!

This place is nice and new and overall we enjoyed it but is different. We have stayed at many TownePlace and Springhill properties and I have never been at one designed or laid out like this one. Both inside and out. Stuff is just not where it should be ( like the thermostat controls above the bed half way across the headboard) that detract from the hotel. Too many to mention here but not a traditional Marriott type layout anywhere. The place is very well maintained and spotless (although there were toe nail clippings on the carpet so the room had not been vacuumed before we checked in), however it was dealt with promptly when mentioned. The staff were excellent - very caring and attentive to customer service. The lady running the breakfast was very nice and friendly. The breakfast is different. Not traditional Food Service type supplies. Almost like bought at a different supplier or from Costco. We were there 5 days and sausages as the meat protein for breakfast gets tiring. Tangerines rather than oranges? Muffins I have never seen before. Like I said just different. The hotel is located in behind a bar - Shoeless Joes and they share a parking lot. The outdoor bar of Shoeless Joes is 3 stories high and faces the hotel. It was real noisy on Friday night ( I have ear plugs so it didn't bother me but you may want a room facing the back end). Like I said - different. The BBQ's from the hotel are located in this area as well so many folks having beers and burgers contribute to the noise challenge well into the night. Having said all this, I would recommend the hotel but would strongly recommend they bring in a seasoned hotel consultant that can help rectify some of these nagging deterrents

Towneplace Suites Mariott Hamilton is a wonderful hotel, all the staff we encountered on our one night stay were genuinely friendly and helpful to ensure our stay was great.
Our room was spacious, clean and bright with a great size bathroom and kitchenette area stocked with everything you could need for an extended stay. The bed and pillows weren't too hard and not too soft which gave us a great night sleep, we were genuinely disappointed we had only booked a one night stay due to a tight travel schedule.
There is free parking and coffee/tea/water available 24/7.

Hotel was very clean when we first got there. After three days we asked them to clean the room again but they kept saying they would clean but never did. All they did was give us clean towels and empty the garbage cans after we requested it. They did not give us new soap.

I too had my reservations for Grey Cup weekend in December cancelled. I had booked my reservation in April and got notification in late July of a systems error and that they were going to cancel. For perspective the rates I had secured were $140/night … which was obviously much lower than what they feel they could have charged.

There is no offer of remediation other than offering me to pay for another stay at a hotel 30 minutes away (at another Townplace suites)!even though the Marriott across the street had rooms available adult $800/night.

I have called and left several messages for the manger to contact me and only today was I able to get through after not settling for “call the Marriott central number”

As a gold elite member I am also dismayed at the customer service and the unwillingness to provide any compensation as per the “ultimate reservation guarantee”.

The staff was friendly, beds were comfy, everything was clean and breakfast was DELICIOUS! The pool was a nice temperature and the location is great as you're 10 seconds to the linc and there are restaurants up and down the roads. I will be back for sure!

Clean, new, nice furniture and shower. Has a pool which I didn’t use and close to the airport. Roughly $20 Uber to the airport. I was able to get a 1 hour later checkout and they stored my luggage while I killed time before my flight. Covid breakfast consisted of a staff member bagging up items for you. Options included breakfast sandwich, pastry, fruit, toast, oatmeal, and cereal. They also had bagged fruit in the fridge and chocolate milk!

My only complaint about this magnificent hotel is that one can hear voices emanating from a vent in the suite from an unknown location. Otherwise, we were delighted beyond imagination.
Beautiful decor, well positioned tv, stove top, microwave, full fridge & dishwasher. Spacious bathroom & clothes closet, too! We loved every inch of our room! We would have loved to have used the pool but didn’t have time. Lovely selection of fresh fruit at breakfast! Fast & friendly check in/check out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
