Maheela made our stay amazing! When rain derailed our plans, Maheela went above and beyond to recommend alternative activities and events. My husband and I booked a 2 bedroom suite for our daughters wedding. The room was used not only for sleeping but to host guests, hair and makeup for the bridal party etc. We asked in advance for extra towels, they supplied double what we needed. The cleaning staff, came in during the craziness and made the beds, took out the trash and again replenished the towels. Any request we made from early check in to late check out was accommodated quickly and without question. This was one of the better hotels with regards to staff and accommodations we've stayed in recently.

Stayed at the C Hotel about a month ago and found the hotel and staff was perfect. We needed a place to stay where we felt "safe" during the covid concerns while visiting family in town. The hotel was clean, the procedures they have adopted made us feel comfortable staying there, and the staff was absolutely fantastic - even letting us into the restaurant area to give us a space to cut up a watermelon we'd brought! Highly recommend this hotel (already have a family member staying there too)!

This is a welcoming, very clean, and comfortable place to stay. We had a King suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi and it was like our own apartment. The ability to cast movies to the tv was great. We loved the friendly staff and would stay again. The only disappointment was the pool. It was kind of cool but not refreshing - maybe the room temp was cold? And the former hot tub is cemented in so we didn’t swim long because we got chilled. If you rent a suite make sure you have utensils and dishes to eat off if you order take out. Otherwise this hotel is well worth the money and the staff treat you very well. LOVE the complimentary Espresso machine in the second floor! Amazing touch.

After checking in for a wedding, the hotel proceeded to give our room to another guest. We went to the room at night after the wedding with 2 small, tired children only to find strangers in our room. The hotel staff did little to resolve the problem, & were more interested in nickel-&-diming us on the rate we paid; not wanting to provide an upgrade which was their only resolution. Instead we were offered a smaller room with pull-out couch as an alternative; how classy.

The four of us (two children) stayed at this hotel - an excuse to get out of town. The room was lovely and clean; the staff (particular Marrick - thanks mate) were friendly and helpful; the location was fantastic for our 'get out of town' purpose, with a large plaza just minutes away, full of restaurants, stores and a theater. There is even an arcade/bowling alley right next door. Kids got to swim and had lots of fun.
The only issue might be that there wasn't much flexibility with checkout time. In my experience, usually asking hotels for an extra hour can be granted without much hassle, but when I asked this place, I was refused (may be understandable). I then asked if around 15 minutes was okay and it went straight to, "then we'll have to charge for another hour," which sounded more like a rigid, automated response I'd expect from a computer rather than a human host. No room for negotiation despite the two nights stay. That was the only bummer and the reason for 1 score reduction, but otherwise I liked it there.

We booked the hotel for our daughter's wedding and reception. The reception is on hold for next year but we stayed for 2 nights around the wedding. The bridesmaids used one of the suites for the night before and for getting ready in the morning (hair and makeup) and the bride and groom used the room after the wedding. We had 3 other rooms for us and family. We will be going back next year for the reception.

This is a beautiful hotel close enough to many amenities but not in the heart of the city. The room was clean and mostly quiet. My only complaints are that the chairs in the room squeaked on the tile floor and could be heard from the room above. Also that there is no shelf in the shower to hold the soap or hair products so you had to leave that stuff on the floor. Anna at the front desk was amazing and very pleasant. Others seemed pre-occupied. The grab and go breakfast bags were great but really should come with instructions on how to heat the sandwiches properly. If you are wanting to order from the restaurant you are best to call direct and not use the room service option as there seemed to be some communication issues when it was busy. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a truly needed time of relaxation from this crazy world. I will definitely be back again.

Checking in the hotel, a sweet lady receptionist told us that guests coming for wedding have taken most rooms on 2nd floor. We are upgraded to a Premier Suite on the 4th floor. Nice!! Our room named 'Bennett' with photo, LP and DVD of Tony Bennett. Found out later that Bennett had actually stayed at this room in 2013 for a charity concert in Hamilton hosted by the Hotel Group. All in all, the C Hotel is tastefully decorated with all amenities I can think of - pool, fitness, full service business center with coffee machine. Great service. The March Break Promotion price is unbeatable!

A relaxing few days with my young girls before they head back to school. The swimming pool was the main draw and quickly found out we needed to book the pool in hour increments as they did not want anyone else sharing the pool or fitness room. A fantastic concept as we felt safe without needing to wear our masks in the pool room or the gym! We ended up swimming a few times a day... it was perfect. The staff at the front desk were all so genuinely courteous, friendly and super helpful. Never once did we feel like we were inconveniencing them and they answered all our questions and requests!
