I am writing to recommend this Hotel...not just for the accommodations, but for the above and beyond service. I came to Kington, disabled, from out West, on my own. Elizabeth, the Manger there took me under her wing. Gave me information, assistance and referrals to medical services. She also gave me access to the hotel microwave and their waffle maker...

Check in was easy and the woman at the desk friendly and helpful. The rooms are tired, but very clean. I always check the shower area to make sure that there is no mold on the tiles or shower curtain, and there was none. Lots of free parking, and the location of the hotel was great for our needs. The...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here over the weekend for one night, wasn't bad but wasn't amazing either. Parking and wifi were both free. The hotel was somewhat close to downtown and the harbour area. The price is fair for what you get. Problems were, I wasn't aware the hotel was directly connected to a bar, when we came back...

Fair price, and basic breakfast. Our son enjoyed the waffle maker in the breakfast area. Tried to bring coffee back to the room, but they ran out of lids. Staff was friendly. Stayed in one of the older rooms, not updated, but clean.

After attending a medical appointment with my mom, we were unexpectedly unable to leave the city due to an enormous amount of snow and ended up on the doorstep of the Econo Lodge. Our rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, but it was the customer service that made this a memorable stay. The staff went out of their way to...

What was expected for the price. Outside sign says 'renovated'; as long as renovated means new wallpaper and some tile work. The inside was tired and the rooms small. Furniture outdated. Small TV- I couldn't turn the night table light on because the switch was broken. Available continental breakfast was as basic as they come. No pool. Lobby and hallways...

We were in town for a function at the university, just needed a place to sleep. Surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows. Room and bathroom were very clean, bedding was fresh and new. Furniture was a bit shabby, though. View was not a priority (thankfully, it was not pretty). We had problems with the television and hair dryer not working; when...

This close to the city center is an ideal place to stay at an affordable price. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed here before and the accommodations have not changed, which is a plus. I will be back.
