If you like sleeping with flies and spiders, this is the place for you!

The bathroom and the small kitchen are clean (even if the kitchen only has 3 plates and 3 glasses for 6), but the rest is really unworthy of a hotel that calls itself 3 stars and especially for a price exceeding 200 $ per night.
Towels with holes and stains, beds comfortable but barely shaken between reservations (check in scheduled for 3:00 p.m., the room was not ready until 3:40 p.m., which seemed normal to the hotel manager, no suspicion of 'excuse, but it's not too serious yet, we had time)
Only, we saw the room service hurrying and... not changing the bedding in the end, it didn't smell bad it's true, but quite a few long hairs in the blankets and sheets were waiting for us when we arrived... a very odd… !

In addition, false advertisement, the room indicates for 6 people (5 adults, 1 child) but it is only for 5! One of the children had to sleep on the floor, and my convertible sofa did not have a mattress inside, a real disappointment! When we go back down to see the manager 1 hour later to tell him about the situation, and explain our surprise, he just says "Yes it's clean, the cleaning is done, and it's the fault of Expedia if it says 6 people, it's not a 6 person room, you should call us instead of going through them, and rent 2 rooms rather than one "…. What professionalism ;)! Complaint filed with Expedia.

If you make sure you get one of the few waterfront rooms, sitting out in the evening is wonderful with beautiful views of the estuary and wildlife. The room we were in was fine - reasonable size reasonable bed, etc. However, there are a couple of pretty major things to watch out for: Trains. These run through the night just over the road and sound their horn. Earplugs are a must. Renovations. This place is in the middle of a renovation. Although there was no noise, I gather not all rooms have been renovated yet. We had two rooms, both of which appear to have been done, but the quality is pretty poor. Not sure if this was just a real rush job to open it for the summer or whether they really have found one of the worst decorators in the area but 'amatuer' is a bit of an understatement. Get a waterfront room, bring earplugs and this is quite good value.

The suite is very small and poorly ventilated. However, the view is very beautiful on the lake. The kitchen is also well equipped despite the old refrigerator and stove. The mattresses are also comfortable. The staff is friendly. Maybe you have to reduce the Award to match the quality.

The man attending the lobby at night was a tad bit unpleasant. Room was dirty. Bed had quite a few visible stains. Towels were torn and also stained. The "soundproofing" listed on the Expedia page was non-existent. We had to listen to someone bang on the walls until 4 a.m. and he harassed my fiancé within minutes of us arriving there. The jacuzzi shown in the pictures (the main reason why I chose this spot) was broken. The jets didn't work and it hardly held the water. In the morning when we went to take a shower, there was hair and other dirt in the shower. Pretty gross place. If all that wasn't enough to dissuade you from staying here, it's right next to train tracks so every hour you'll be woken up by the horn as it passes by.

Stay Away! Nothing , but the lady below she was awesome! There was no breakfast and no small buffet and seating in lobby, we were asked to switch rooms by a knock on our door at 930 am , we had drove a long time and we actually on our honeymoon. We booked king water view and got sent to a double queen sh$t hole. -toilets broken, door, mold a/c unit, broken beds, bugs , disgusting carpet. The king room is no gem lots of bugs , pillows are like balls of cotton nothing left of them , cigarettes all over outside on porch, couldn’t sit on dock broken chairs and Tin isnt screwed down so feet got caught. A very sad hotel in a beautiful area. Piles of junk beer bottles and crap everywhere, i loved the lady below she was very kind and we both enjoyed the swans on the water ! Sadly someone needs to come in and give this poor place a clean up and fix things! Pictures on booking sites are not even close to what you walk into! Stay away go to Kingston for the same price and nicer place.
We will not return nor recommend Owner just concerned about money not what place looks like nor the guests ! It’s disgusting we ended up leaving !

The room was very out dated, the shower barely worked, the beds creaked, if we wanted to use the suite area, we need to bring everything from homes, dishes pots & pans etc. Huge issue was the snow & ice removal. One person in our group wiped out right in front of our door due to icy conditions. No mats or boot trays for our snowy boots, therefore snow, ice & salt were all through our room. Other group of friends that stayed in another room on the upper floor had to do snow removal off the stairs to get their party out of their room safely. There are train tracks across the road the run a few times a day & caused all kinds of sleeping issues
On a brighter note. the fridge was cold, kept our drinks cold & the event we went to was at the legion, which is next door.

This place was awful.
The room was dirty and full of bugs. So many spiders and earwigs.

As we had the room with the view of the bay there were so many mosquitos. There was no seal to the door so the bugs kept coming in. There were ants in the lamp shades that kept crawling over to the bed.

The curtains didn't close properly so light would come in and the train could be heard throughout the night.

All in all this place was awful.

Spent most of our time outside the room and when I did come to the room I was creeped out by the amount of bugs.

There is no breakfast offered and they hold 300 on your credit card which is not mentioned anywhere or at the time of booking.

The only positive thing is the location..... but only to the south, on Lake Ontario, to the north beyond the road, there is the railway. The rooms were dilapidated and full of spiders, to enter the room we had to clean the cobwebs, the lady did not help us because she was afraid, so she only gave us what we needed. I honestly can't compare what I found with the images, definitely misleading, one night only then ran away immediately

The room was clean with new renovation, equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker, IH stove, hair dryer, refrigerator, and ironer. The manager/owner was so friendly. He even called me to see if I was safe when I drove in the heavy snow on Highway 401 at night.

We live not far from Kingston but booked a room here when we were at a music festival in the city and didn't want to pay to take a taxi home. Our room was very clean and quite comfortable. Not large, but the king bed, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. We booked the room with the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a decent size, but the jets didn't work, for some reason. It sounded like it was running, but there was no movement of water or air. One of the electrical outlets in the bedroom was missing a plug plate, so definitely not safe for small children. The booking info advised us that we needed to call ahead to arrange check-in, which we did. The owner was ready for us when we arrived, and was friendly. There is a train nearby, which we already knew, but we barely heard it since our room was in the back corner of the motel. This is a decent motel when what you need is just a decent place to crash for the night.
