We were happy with the room. It is simple and clean. The bed is comfortable. The fridge was noisy, and if it would have been cold there seemed to only be a space heater for heat in the room. Otherwise we would recommend this motel for an overnight in Kingston.

Cons: Breakfas is extremely simple plus some people arrived late and woke us up, Pros:A simple but clean budget hotel in a great location. Wifi worked perfectly, front desk staff was wonderful Overall verdict: Keeping in mind what you pay for this inn, one simply cannot be dissatisfied.

Much better than anticipated. In a rather seedy area, but conveniently situated on bus routes to centre and VIA station. Surprisingly quiet despite being located on a busy road to the centre. Larger room than expected with microwave, fridge, kettle, modern television and effective wi-fi. Well-appointed bathroom with the benefit of a vanitory unit outside it - very convenient for...

Dated bedding and furnishings, however the bed was comfortable. No complaints about the cleanliness of our room. TV is small, looks out of place and is swallowed up by the wall. The included breakfast at Don Cherry's was pitiful. Stale croissants, muffins, cereal and coffee. No fresh fruit or juices. Only ate there one morning, couldn't be bothered the next....

Omg. I have no words. 170$ for a seventies style room. Old blankets. Plug in heater. When i needed more blankets was given bed sheets and an old blanket. Sunk in mattresses. Continental bfast at Don Cherries that consisted of: stale croissants, fruit loops/rice crispies cereal, or toast. For the price i paid definitely a sad situation.

Management response:

I'm so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. I will defiantly speak with the housekeeping team so we can have all our blankets double checked so this does not happen again. I will also speak to the manager of the Don Cherry's sports grill and make sure they are aware of your concerns and see what we can...

Clean room, nice bathroom, great complimentary breakfast arrangements with Don Cherry's next door. We got a seniors discount, and then a hospital visit discount when we presented a business card from the nursing station in the ward. All in all a stress free stay at an otherwise stressful time.
