We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and the view was great. Check in was very smooth. We had a wonderful group supper on site. Service was outstanding as was the good. Please head the sign that says no SUVs or trucks in the parking garage. We did not see it and scraped our roof rack getting in and out. There was a fire alarm at 6:30 after a late night out for us. The positive was that we got to see the sunrise and it was fortunately a false alarm but we did not get to sleep long enough.

stayed last weekend with a minor hockey team. Didnt have any expectations and the hotel wowed us. They gave all the kids a hockey goodie bag upon check in, super generous and a nice touch. Margarita the manager is simply the nicest hotel staff person Ive ever encountered in my life! She had arranged for our team to have a large size conference room both night so we could gather. She didnt charge us for this and they let us use it very late without any issues. She even came by the pool to check on our group, saw her helping out in the parking... that manager is amazing and I will be recommending the Delta Kingston to any sports team needing a place to stay. Thank you for the wonderful service.

In town for a girls reunion and had a wonderful stay. Very close to all things fun downtown. Very clean rooms and lovely service. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant downstairs which was also delicious.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times before. This time we specifically asked for a quiet room, not sure what the receptionist was thinking, but we were put on the same floor as a female basketball tournament team. Did she really think it was going to be a quiet night! I am all for young teams of either gender having a good time. We had shouting, laughing and doors banging between 2am., and 3am. As I said I have no problem with the enjoyment of these youngsters, just the lack of forethought and consideration by the hotel receptionist who could have given us a less noisy area of the hotel, would have been appreciated.

We chose this hotel based on the location… paid top dollar to be able to walk by the waterfront, to dinner, and to the Leon’s Center for a concert. Plenty to do nearby. Checking in and out were easy peasy. The parking attendant instructed us upon arrival on where to park. The room was clean, relatively small, but comfortable with mini fridge, ironing board, charging station, toiletries, and flat screen tv. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure and hot water. Would return if in the area and okay with spending about $60 more than at the Best Western about a 10- minute drive away.

Top rate room. High quality sheets, furniture, accessories. Could have used 4 towels not 2. Loved the feather pillows. Eliminating the carpet is much cleaner & healthier. Pool & jacuzzi are great, but no showers? Entrance through the parking is not very classy. Also daily parking rate is high at $30 per night.

Nice hotel with quality rooms, quality beds and quality bedding. Outstanding staff at the reception center. Very well situated and the $30.00 overnight parking is just beside the lobby. We ate breakfast in the dining room the service was great but my $18.00 breakfast looked and tasted like a $5.00 breakfast.

Excellent service. But unfortunately the building is really old. No amount of renovation can salvage this problem and make it better. Room smelled like dirty rags and mildew. Gets under your skin and in your clothes. Left feeling dirty, Will never go back.

Very basic hotel that needs an upgrade. Prices are insane over Labour Day weekend. Paid $700/night for a basic room and had to ask twice to have housekeeping… 11:30 pm and still no clean towels. Terrible value for money.

The pillows and bed are great. Unfortunately I woke up at 2am in the morning something bite me. When I turned the lights on , a tick crawling on the pillow. My arm it’s swollen and it feels like on fire. I never expected a high end hotel paying $381 a night did not make me comfortable I did not slept well because i couldn’t sleep anymore after thinking it might more tick crawling in the bed. Me and my husband used to go there and we had a panoramic view of the water. My husband passed away, I came back to remember our memories but bitten by a tick I don’t think I will come back again.
